Near to Beach and Ocean Drive. Hotel is good located and has a parking area for 25 dollars per day.

Great location. Sparse amenities.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of South Beach. It's walking distance from the Beach, great food, and great shopping. However, the floors could have been swept better. There were no phones, alarm clocks, or even hand soap in the rooms. I guess it was not designed for you to spend a lot of time in the room. We got it at a good rate but I would not stay there again.

Ugly Outside Nice Inside

Posted Oct 7, 2014
The outside of the hotel looks rough. I was disappointed when I pulled up thinking this was going to be a horrible stay. The rooms are renovated. The Outside seems discouraging but the inside was nice. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotels was located central to the strip and beach. I would recommend others to stay if you are looking for an inexpensive yet convenient place to stay.

Very dirty

The room could be nice, however it is very dirty. Hair everywhere, spotty towels, dirt on the bathroom floor. Room was spacious.

Pros: The on site staff was courteous and friendly.
Cons: Rebuilt from the ground up.
Location: Good location in the Miami South Beach area.
The room was offered with coffee, coffee pot but did not actually have coffee, cups, spoons, sugar, etc. When asked for the employees courteously stated that none was available and would be delivered NEXT DAY. None was ever delivered. Several lights wer not functional, the air conditioner did not work in the beginning and then would only work intermittently. Very loud and noisey. Rooms were not the cleanest and whenever someone above us or even beside us walked around their rooms it was loud and extremely annoying. Will not go back to this facility again....

Small boutique in the heart of SoBe

Pros: Location, price.
Cons: Lighting in the room.
Location: South Beach is quiet Mon- Thurs, then every weekend without fail, it gets packed. South Beach is never not busy, so don't expect a quiet break.
I've stayed at the Eva before, so I knew what to expect. I didn't have as great a room as last time. It was a bit dark and faced other buildings on both sides of the room with windows. I didn't need my room made up after the first night, and notified the maids. But on day two, my room wasn't made up at all. This wasn't a huge problem, but it would've been nice if they'd at least come in to vacuum/ empty the bin/ replace my shower gel. Apart from this, I was happy with my stay and would stay at the Eva again. It's so close to everything, is well priced, quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location just off Ocean Drive

Nice hotel, very close to the main area. We are a young couple and felt safe walking around day and night til the early hours. Room was very spacious and decorated nicely, only negatives would be the squeaky bed and the fact they have there own car park but you still have to pay $25 dollars a day to use it.

Pros: LOCATION
Cons: HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Location: CLOSE TO ALL AREA ATTRACTION
THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE WITH CLEAN TOWLES, WASH CLOTHS AND THE NON WORKING IORN. THE HOTEL WAS JUST NOT WHAT I THOUGH IT WOULD BE
