Hotel Shelley

My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a good experience. It was quiet and the rooms were well kept. We enjoyed being within minutes of the beach!

Difficulty with wifi in our room. However hotel was nice, good location very close to beach and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay.

Its not a marriot but for the price it was great. Happy hour everyday i must say that it is geared due to young adults. In the mist of everything you can pretty much walk everywhere...I really loved it

The room I had was extremely small, just enough space for the bed. No chance to store the clothes. No drawers, no rail, no table, nothing. I had to leave my belongings in the suitcase. When it was open I had to step over it to get to the door. It's not a comfortable hotel. It's very small. There is loud music in the lobby which is also a bar. The first night there was a DJ playing heavy techno. At check-in I couldn't hear what the receptionist said. It was extremely lout until the early morning hours. Don't take a chance on this hotel.

Customer service was horrible. I booked a double bed room for a friend and myself. Upon arrival we were informed that they reserve the right to give us a double bed. Since it was only two guest they stationed us in a single bed room. The only way to recieve the additional bed would result in an Additional $60 fee. There is also an additional non-negotiable $15 fee for FREE hotel amenities, even if u choose not to use them. Music is played in the lobby so you can not here the front desk attendant when checking in. The phone in the lobby front desk is often left unanswered due to the on-duty DJ which plays music all day and late into the night. The pictures look NOTHING like the actual Hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us do early check in. The shuttle service from/to Miami airport is a great perk. The bar offers complementary drinks from 7p-8p every day and we really enjoyed that while smoking a hookah. The room was comfortable and clean and housekeeping did a great job at maintaining it that way. The location is perfect. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to cross the street to their sister hotel to get ice. That was very inconvenient. I think an ice machine in the facilities would have made this a total 5 for me.

Nice hotel/ hookah bar. Rooms are a little small but everything else was great!!!!!

The manager in staff was very nice.My daughter stays there every visit so i got to no them.Like it
