One night before cruise

We flew in the day before a cruise. We took a taxi from Miami international and it was around 28.00. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the good was good. It was clean and quiet. Cute pool area! They called us a taxi the morning we checked out and it cost another 30.00 to the port.

Staff at hotel rude no courtesy

All of the staff at the hotel except the woman that clean and the bar tender have terrible atittude , the hotel needs a renovation !!

Comfortable Clean and Cozy

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly, accommodating and always smiling. Beds were very comfortable- Our waitress on the patio was a little pokey -but it was still morning :-). Otherwise everything was just fine. I would stay here again.

Pros: Breakfast was escellent!
Cons: Softer sheets and towels
Location: I was visiting relatives who live across the street. There is a free trolley that takes you to downtown Brickel.
There was a used bandaid on the shower floor when I arrived. It was still there the second day, which meant that they had not cleaned the shower. I had to point it out to the housekeeper.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel, sehr zentral gelegen

Pros: Poollandschaft, kostenfreies und schnelles WLAN inklusive
Cons: Entspricht vergleichsweise einem guten 3 Sterne Hotel. Parkplatzgebühren zu teuer. Servicezeiten für Essen und Trinken sollten erweitert werden.
Location: Sehr zentral Nähe Downtown (ca. 3 km) gelegen. Nahe Miami Beach und Key Biscane. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Station für den kostenlosen Trolley.
Sehr laute Umgebung. Zimmer in normal gutem Zustand allerdings sehr dunkel, wenn zum Hinterhof gelegen. Trotz Buchung für 3 Personen standen nur zwei Doppelbetten à 140 cm Breite zur Verfügung, die wir dann aneinander gestellt haben. Für 3 Personen aber nur hinreichend komfortabel. Tolle Außenanlage mit Pool und Chill-Area. Bar mit tollem, sehr freundlichem Service, aber wer vor 8 Uhr morgens einen Kaffee haben möchte, muss sehr geduldig sein. Parkplatz kostet pro Tag 24 Dollar, ist vergleichsweise sehr teuer (in Downtown zahlt man max. 20 Dollar)

Location: Not far from airport or downtown. Free trolley service with stops outside hotel.
Yes, I would recommend this hotel it was a pleasant stay at a nicely priced hotel.

Pros: Wonderful staff.
Location: The trolley stop is right in front of the hotel.
The hotel was a little smaller than I expected, but it had the most awesome staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Elizabeth was such a pleasure!!!

DISAPPOINTING STAY

Pros: CLOSE TO TENNIS FACILITY
Cons: CLEANLINESS AND DISPOSITION OF THE HELP
Location: WE WERE THERE TO SEE MIAMI OPEN TENNIS AS WE HAVE STAYED THERE PREVIOUSLY AND WERE HAPPY WITH ARRANGEMENTS. THIS HOTEL IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT..
I HAD REQUESTED FIRST FLOOR POOLSIDE AND WAS WILLING TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE LUXURY AND WAS GIVEN A 3RD FLOOR CORNER WHICH OVERLOOKED A ROOFTOP, THE STREET AND A SLIVER VIEW OF THE POOL IF YOU STOOD IN THE CORNER OF THE DIRTY BALCONY. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO ACCOMMODATE US IN ANY WAY BECAUSE WE HAD BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA AND NOT THROUGH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. LESSON LEARNED. NO MORE HOTEL URBANO AND NO MORE EXPEDIA.
