The staff is excellent but the hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. This is a decision to be taken by the owners. I have been going there over the years and see the deterioration. The breakfast is horrible like they keep warming it over everyday !! Or putting back what was thrown out by guests! Couldn't eat it.

Horrible hotel far from airport!

Pros: Not much
Cons: It looks like it was in need to painting, repairs, upgrade etc and certainly a screening process of occupants.
Location: Did nothing but try to sleep and get out of there the next morning. Left on the 6:00am shuttle for airport. This was a bust!
Just arrived on international flight. Had an early am flight the next morning. Wanted to sleep. People next door and on this floor were up and down hall, making noise visiting each others rooms and babies were crying often. Called security- nothing happened to abate the problem or noise.

Pros: Its location
Cons: Rooms should at least have a microwave
Location: Shop, and the restaurants
On checking the young lady and the front desk was not very pleasant. She indicated the room not ready, we check back with her, she said the room still not ready she went off duty never told us anything. We sat there for over an hour, we finally had to ask the young man on duty who indicated our room was ready. That treatment on arrival was very disappointing and to make matters worst, people came after us an got they rooms. I also think staff need to inform visitors about the shuttles and what they have to offer.

Very nice hotel. It was a last minute booking but turned out to be really great hotel. The staff was great.

Looong waiting to check in :(

Cons: The courtesy of the staff, and cleanliness
Location: Far from everything
We were supposed to check in at 3pm; we arrived at 4, and still had to wait over an hour, because the room was been "cleaned" for me was a dirty room anyway.

Excellent staff, old hotel...

Upon arrival we got upgraded to a Penthouse room, very nice with a terrace. The staff was wonderful and we have absolutely no complains, if anything praise. Hotel can use some uplifting, it is old and dingy, carpet smells a little bit. TV was also an old vacuum screen model. In need of renovation but overall a great place to stay...

Convinient for shopping and short stay

Experience is good and nice service. The parking and nice location of the hotel is good. The service of the staff is good. The bed was somewhat not of a good quality. Expedia should include breakfast price also in their price of the room. The price looks good but missout those facilities which provides you with an image of being cheap.

Rooms were dirty, walls were stained and beds were stained. Requested a new room but didn't help. Very thing is very outdated
