Not a good hotel to stay at all

Hallway smell stink, inside room had strong Bleach which I would not want my 5 yrs. Old to sleep in for 2 nights. Wall cracked all over. I was so disappointed so I called Expedia.com To get me out off this hotel as soon as possible. I was so glad that an agent at Expedia help solved this problem and move on to another hotel

Close to the beach, horrible customer service

Something was left behind and I was trying to get ny father to pick it up for me. But everytime I called, I had to speak to house keeping and no one ever answered the phone & I couldnt leave a voicemail. My hotel room wasn't cleaned in 2 days. My next trip, I will not be staying here

Horrible hotel.

Rooms were dates, scratched and bruised furniture, broken bed and sink kept overflowing. No business center, microwave and you have resort and parking fees for 26.00 a day and it has no resort amenities. .

Dear Guest, The resort fee is a mandatory fee here in Miami Beach which includes: the beach, beach chairs, towels for the pool and beach and in room safe. Parking is very limited in Miami and is there is also a charge for the parking, I apologize if you were not aware of these charges prior to arrival. Location: Nothing.
I took great pains trying to find the perfect hotel at an affordable price. I chose this hotel because the website photos and information sounded great, i.e. right on the beach, restaurant and bar inside, free wifi etc...... The place is old, the floor is cold, there was no 60's theme restaurant (the whole room where it used to be was empty), the materials have rust stains and it's obviously not been renovated in quite some time. The only great thing is that I was able to check out early and get a refund. Oh, and it has no obvious pathway to the beach. We had to walk to a park down the street in order to enter the beach. This portion of the beach is not exactly the playful type you see on TV either. We chose Collins ave for a reason yet we walked a quarter mile in both directions and found absolutely nothing. No resturants, no night clubs, no action at all.

Location: Horrible beach as well.
The worse hotel that I have ever been to. The room was dirty. The bathroom was so dirty that my family won't take a bath after a long day driving. The bed was squeaking that we could not sleep. We was glad that we only book one night otherwise we would have to leave and find a different hotel.

Great location...unpleasant hotel

Location: The location is wonderful. A great park nearby and dining options within a mile. Great running path behind hotels.
Hotel is very neglected. It was very clean but in need of total renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, except that they need about 3 times more staff. The pool area is terrible. The pool was dirty, the pool area was dirty, the bathroom was horrendous. The pool staff begins cleaning about 9 am an moves everyone out of the way. The hotel is nothing like the pictures online. The restaurant is very shabby and the selection is overpriced and minimum. The beach is perfect. The suite with kitchen is very spacious and clean but extremely outdated. Look for better places in the area.

when I booked the reservation the breakfast was included and when I got there they was charging $10.00 per person.

Never again....

Pros: The staff and distance to the beach.
Cons: Update the rooms.
Location: Very good location.
The hotel was close to the beach and the staff was amazing but those were the only good things. The room was very out dated and my friend woke up with a ring worm on her arm so that should let you know how clean it was. We were barely in the room but everytime we were the people next door called security on us. I WOULD NOT recommend that anyone stay here but if you do theres an additional $13 parking charge they dont tell you about.

Good for money

The hotel staff were friendly. The pool's finish was coming up so we didn't use it. We got up before they cleaned it so we didn't even bother. The restaurant isn't part of the hotel so we had to go back to our room to get money. Some garage was spilled at the maintenance elevator so we had to see it until they cleaned it the next day (we could have called). The view was fantastic!
