Pros: Quiet hotel with a very upscale service.
Cons: The bed was a platform bed which squeaked. Not suitable for the price of the hotel.
Location: Great restaurants in museum mile which are walking distance.
Great location with a variety of dining options near the hotel.

Cons: the physical infrastructure
Location: Great places to eat and drink within easy walking distance
For a 4-night stay we had to call the front desk for non-functioning: 1) toilet; 2 times, 2) thermostat, 3) sink, 4) TV remote and 5) TV set . The price of drinks at the hotel's bar are out of the range of expectations

Cons: Gym.... Too old and small
Great experience! It's quiet( not noisy at all) . Room servirce is fast, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room and all the staff is very kind, helpful and fast for any request.

Pros: Great location
Location: Lovely area in Coral Gables, easily accessible to anywhere in the South Florida area.
Everything was very lovely. The only comment I would have is there should be a make up mirror in the bathroom.

Pros: Cleanliness and decor
Cons: No free internet, even in the public area, pool area understaffed, Concierge not on duty, no brochures available for activities nearby
Location: Must have a car. Not good for anyone who prefers beach location.
Hotel is beautiful and fulfills the needs of the business traveler

Pros: Location
Cons: Dowdy money spent on wrong things, grab another 25 for parking.
Location: Coral Gables Miracle Mile nice spot hotel not so much
No wifi, badly arranged outlets, dreadful brown rooms, bathtub shower only, bath products cheesey.

Location: Perfect location
The hotel is nice. The rooms are updated but the pool very nice, but the pool service was very poor. Every time I want something to drink I called an extension to get something because the pool bar was closed all day.
