Cons: Lighting
Location: Whole Foods, wonderful spot for all kinds of food!
Staff is very friendly, courteous and proactive; that is the best asset of the hotel!. Rooms are dark and there is not enough lighting. Bathroom was a bit too small and no exhaust fan, which made the whole room very, very humid. Smell on the corridors, apparently from the river, or the humidity ??

Cons: Renovate!
Location: Near newly hip downtown vs. south beach .
The lobby was decently nice but the room was old, shabby, and the comforter on the bed was enclosed in two sheets instead of in a duvet cover. Bed comfortable enough. Rug old, everything should have been renovated two yesterdays ago....But staff was nice in trying to make up for it. BUT not all staff great -- one of the thin older bellcaps was sarcastically surly.

Great hotel close to a lot of activities. Would definitely go back. Only issue was I asked for extra towels and when they were delivered to the room the housekeeper knocked on the door and came straight in.

Pros: Large comfortable rooms
Cons: Elevator service
Location: The hotel is located on the river. There is a lot of new construction in the area. Once completed, the area there should be great night life.
If planning to stay here, make sure there are no convention planned at the hotel. The hotel is located next to a convention center. This caused extended delays on the elevators and made the halls quite noisy.

Pros: Close central location to downtown Miami
Cons: Don't show balconies in photos whose doors aren't designed to be opened.
Location: Downtown miami
Hotel was ok, a little small and grimy for the price. Could never get complimentary WiFi to work, price was "included in room" and spent 3 hours on the phone with IT to no avail. Also they would not allow you to use luggage caddies without help of bellboy aka tipping.

Pros: La ubicación.
Cons: Lo tienen que renovar. Tienen que entrenar a su gente para dar un buen servicio en todos los departamentos: front desk, bell boys, paquetería, etc.
Location: El hotel es céntrico. No tan lejos del aeropuerto, ni de Ocean Drive. Esta fue una de las razones por la que lo reservé.
Llegamos y no tenían la habitación que habíamos pedido. Las habitaciones viejas y huelen mal. Los amenities, las toallas, etc. no son de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Yo había ordenado unos artículos que necesitaba para un crucero que tomé. Amazon me confirmó que los paquetes se habían entregado en el hotel el 24 de diciembre. Yo llegué el 27 y me dijeron que los paquetes no habían llegado, volví a checar con ellos el 28 de diciembre antes de embarcarme y me salieron con la misma historia. Que si no tenía mi tracking number, no había forma que los encontraran, que porque muy probablemente no traían mi nombre. Me fui a mi crucero y para mi regreso había reservado en el mismo hotel. Volví a insistir con la cuestión de mis paquetes, aunque en el crucero tuve que comprar los "aqua shoes" que según ellos no habían llegado al hotel. Para entonces yo ya tenía los tracking numbers. Cuando se los dí, a los 15 minutos llegaron los paquetes a mi habitación!!!!!!! Los paquetes traían mi nombre COMPLETO no había forma que no los encontraran. Los paquetes habían estado en el hotel desde el 24 de diciembre, como me lo había confirmado Amazon. Pero cual fue mi mayor sorpresa, que al hacer el check out me querían cobrar 14 dólares por el "handling" de mis paquetes!!!!!!! Fue entonces cuando estallé. No solo tuve que gastar $40 dólares por unos "Aqua Shoes" que ya había comprado, me querían cobrar $14 dólares por unos paquetes que YO TUVE QUE RASTREAR!!!! Pésimo servicio!!!
