“Great Hotel, best location, Clean, friendly staff”

I really enjoyed staying at The Impala hotel despite a glitch in the reservation through Expedia; a Deluxe room with a king bed was booked for 3 persons so we had to use a roll away bed for the third person. Chrystal (sp?), the manager called me prior to our arrival and offered to refund us but it was impossible to book another hotel without paying much more so we ended up keeping the reservation despite being a bit annoyed at having to use a roll away bed for the 3rd person. However, once we arrived in Miami and at the Impala, my friends and I (3 women in our early 30s) were not disappointed by our room. Very clean room in a nicely decorated boutique hotel. The location, that is, South Beach, a couple blocks away from the beach was essential to us because all we wanted was go lay on the beach all day, eat out, and last but not least go clubbing. I would definitely recommend the Impala if you want to have a stress-free hotel experience. Special nod to Kyle who works the night shift at the reception, we absolutely enjoyed speaking to him, he was the NICEST ever, we were dispappointed we missed saying goodbye to him on our last night in Miami :-( Kyle, the 3 girls in room 100 would def hang out with you next time we get back to Miami!!

“Hihgly recommended hotel”

A boutique, petite, French designed, newly renovated hotel in the middle of S. Beach, with a perfect location. The room was quiet and clean. I love European décor, door knobs, paintings, closet doors, furniture everything. The shampoo and conditioner had nice smell. The towels were new and smell clean & fresh. There is no termites or bags. The hotel is pet friendly. Staff and the manager were very friendly. We originally booked a queen bed, but they upgraded it to king, due to out length of stay. Everything is new and beautiful. As a detail oriented person I can tell that is was done by someone who pays close attention to details. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Great all-around South Beach hotel.”

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for five days and I would highly recommend it. Perfect location on South Beach, less than a block from the beach but a little quieter than some of the hotels on Ocean Drive. The boutique hotel itself is intimate and full of Spanish charm. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating and really made us feel at home. Their attached restaurant, Spiga, was also wonderful – great food and ambiance. All in all, we loved our stay at The Impala and will be back on our next trip to Miami!

I really had a good time staying at this hotel. It has the best location ever. 1 block away from the beach, Ocean drive and all the fun (bars, restaurants). It's 4 blocks away from Lincoln Rd - shopping street. The staff there was very kind, helpful, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. Definitely will be back next year!!!

“Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Price!”

Great hotel! High quality room and excellent support from staff to make your visit comfortable and assistance in making your travel itenerary in South Beach a reality. The only downside was talking in the check in area could be heard in bed at midnight. Need a little more soundproofing.

“Impala @ Miami South beach”

Pros - Area near Miami south beach - Property is well managed Cons - Be aware of parking charges (although its cheaper than public parking overnight) and high prices at nearby restaurants - the entry/lobby of the hotel is not impressive but rooms are quite nice.

1 minute walk to beach, lummus park. Great location and service. no complaints, just be prepared to bring extra cash, vallet $25 a day, breakfast $10 a day, $250 security deposit.

Great Hotel for South Beach, Right Where it has to be, Not in the Middle pf the Action but Walking Distance to it. Walking Distance to the Beach and to the Restaunrants. Room was Nice, Clean and Quiet. Would Definitely Stay Again.
