The Impala Hotel

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: location, bathroom, staff.
Cons: The actual room was nothing fancy; the candelabra light fixtures were a little cheesy. The bathroom was very nice!
Location: The beach, shopping, dining.
Nice place, clean. Great location. The front desk attendant was amazing! She went out of her way to accomodate us, even taking our laundry (last minute) to their vendor & making sure it would be ready to go for us in the morning. She was also helpful in recommending a Cuban restaurant for dinner.

Wunderbares Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Beach.

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: Das Badezimmer...traumhaft

An out of the way gem in the heart of South Beach

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Quiet, comfortable and friendly.
Location: Beach, excursions, shopping.
This little oasis is tucked away on the 1200 block of Collins Ave in South Beach. It has everything one could want in a hotel. The staff are friendly and enjoyable, who will do anything asked of them. Ask for coffee in the morning, and it's brought to your room with a smile. At night when the bar crowd is running rampant, and the noise on Ocean Drive is nearing jet engine levels, you'll be glad you checked in here. The hotel rooms are towards the back of the building, closer to Washington Ave and keep things tolerable. With an authentic Italian restaurant out front, your stay is made complete.

Great location with character

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: Within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
Cons: Valet parking could be more clearly marked.
Location: Close to the beach and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay there. It ws within walking distance of the beach and many attractions. Valet Peking was a bit awkward, but fine. Liked the ambience of. Smaller hotel with character. Will Tay there again.

Convenient But how it is Boutique?

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: Convenience for everything
Cons: Updating everywhere. Enlarging the bedrooms.
Location: Miami Beach on the doorstep!
We expected a lot more from the hotel description and from their own website. The hotel was convenient for Ocean Drive and the beach but that was about it and our feeling was that it was very tired and in need of TLC. The bedroom was very small with no room to move around comfortably or relax. The bathroom was stylish but again, a little tired. Overall, it was difficult to understand what was 'boutique' about it. This is an adequate hotel at best.

passing through

Posted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: decor, service, location
Cons: Quieter Air Conditioning unit.
Location: one block away from Miami Beach with all the shops around
We were looking for a hotel to spend one night at an affordable price. This was perfect. Very and I mean Very quiet, you can't hear the streets at all and we were there during spring break... The rooms are very well decorated and does bring you in an other country with the decoration. rooms are clean in general, we did have a smudge on the floor and a lock of hair, but that could just be a fluke. The parking like every hotel in Miami Beach is a bit of an issue. You can pay to valet park or park in the street. we chose the street and found a parking very close by. The price a cheap, it's free from in the middle of the night and you can reload using an app. Very easy and convenient. If you're looking for something very nice, affordable and quiet stop here. Last thing, it is true that the air conditionning unit can be loud, but you easily get use to the noise.
