Pros: everything was good
Cons: maybe to have ice in the rooms
Location: the bank was really close.

Was ok but matrass needed some updating,the room clean food was good and hotel was close to everything shopping mall airport and park were you can go jogging, we would go back in a heart beat

Cons: The mattress was very hard to me not even firm but hard, I prefer pillow tops that snuggle your body.
My stay was wonderful, staff was excellent and helpful.

Das Hotel stellte mir unbegründet eine Grundreinigung in Höhe von 200€ in Rechnung. Für angebliches Rauchen, obwohl ich seit meiner Geburt Nichtraucher bin.

Awesome restaurants right across the street. Enjoyed our visit. Free airport shuttle was a plus!

Cons: Phone line to Instant Service was busy for over 30 minutes. Might consider a different term.
Great location, rooms and pool. Close to many food options.

Hotel staff need a little more training

Pros: over all the hotel is clean and outstanding .
Cons: front desk employee need more training and they need to be more professional. after all they are not working in motel 6 .
Location: the location is a good spot a lot of construction going on near by but it didn't bother me that much.
There was a building fire alarm sound early in the morning during my stay in the hotel and No one from the Hotel front desk call in the room or get on the intercom to announce it was a false fire alarm going on. Not alone it took them almost 5 mint to answer the phone when i called from the room to verify the alarm was real or not . I wish the hotel staff notify the guests before they do an alarm test or even if there was actual fire in the building i just thought the hotel staff should call in every room or at list get on the intercom and make aware the guest.
