The property is old and needs to be renovated. The staffs were phenomenal and super attentive, friendly. I hate that the bellman has to go up and down the stairs to transfer baggage. The carpet was filthy and lifting. The hallway carpet on the 19th floor had a long tear. I wanted to have a very great new year and I did. Housekeeping did their very best but I had to give them a 1star for cleanliness and property condition.

Well I can tell ,my experience on this awesome hotel was 10 start. I love the staff since the valet parking whit great guys serving very special. Staff on lobby perfect respectful and knowledgeable. Plus’s the clean staff alway what you need and the last no least the room services food delivery on time and delicious I love jw Marriott on brickel Miami.

The Staff was very friendly. Our room was clean. Location is close to many places we wanted to go to. Transportation was easy. They had free snacks and appetizers every evening from 5:30-7:30. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

They have us a contiguous room that had literally a party going on in the other room, and would change them or us, They blocked our door for three times, so we had to go to the front desk every time to get it unlocked, and they apologized every time, and didn’t ask for anything else but the day we where checking out a lady at the front desk told us we had to be accompanied to our room by security because they needed a credit card which nobody ever asked for, and something we where going to use because we were checking out but still she was yelling at us… luckily the supervisor was around and listen so he apologized.

I am not happy after I got home from checking out. I notice I was getting alerts that there is fraud charges happening. I cal the gas company they stop all charges. So it seems that valet took my gas card from vehicle.
