Location: Location was the only thing good about the Hotel.
Customer service nonexistence. Every question was answered with a smart comment. You had to leave your car keys at the hotel lobby for anyone to steal and most often was not attended 24 hours. The car keys where left due to parking lot so small they had to move cars so other customers can leave for the day. Not very secured.

The best this hotel has is the location steps from lincoln road on south beach and the free parking! The rooms are dated and need an update. I would stay again because of the rate, the location and the free parking.

If you pay more than $80-90 bucks here, you're not getting a deal. Close to beach, walking distance to cool spots. North end of sobe. You can hear everything in the rooms. Dont stay on the first floor unless you want to wake up at 7am w the staff.

The hotel is in a great location. Near the filmore theater and lincoln ave. Rooms are very small , kinda dirty and our air condition broke but it was quickly fixed. We would probably stay there again for the closeness to the filmore and the price. But next time I would definetly bring my own linens.

Cons: las camas desprenden muxisima calor
muy centrico y gracias al parquing gratuito no tienes que buscar sitio para aparcar además de pagar y alli los parquings son muy caros

Didn't like it. Bed need new mattress cover and change towel feel like you dry your self with a sand paper. Almost trip couple time floor tile are an even. I will not recommend this place for that price......

Location: close to Lincoln mall and walking distance to beach
if you don't plan on spending much time in your hotel this is the place for you. It was picked because it was cheaper than others, location, and free parking. Keep that in mind. The exterior is quirky looking with all designs and statues. The room we had for 2 people was bare! A small bed, tv, fold out chair, and 2 small dressers. The bed was uncomfortable and the curtain hardly covered the window. So privacy was slim. The door locked only with a key. I felt uncomfortable leaving valuables. A small closet contained the refrig and microwave. Packages of rubbers were found on a higher shelf in the closet. Gross. The manager hands you the key and remote for the tv. You hand him your car keys so he can constantly move cars around in a lot next to the hotel. Also, there are cats where the cars are-which we heard at night next to our room. It was a unique experience.

this is hotel is cheap so i didn't expect anything grand. the hotel is old & it's more of a motel. if you wanna save money & be in a good location then you can stay in this hotel.
