“Very Secluded and Classy!!!!”

Definitely the perfect place to stay in South Beach. Great personalized service from all staff.

“Second time and won't be the last!”

We love South Beach and try to visit at least once a year but this is the only hotel that we have stayed at more than once. The staff are wonderful and remember your names each time they see you. The rooms are large and the beds are so comfy! The food is great for any meal and the drinks are so amazing I cannot even tell you. The beach is just across the street and chairs with umbrellas are provided which is great because the cost otherwise is like 15 for chairs and 12 for umbrellas. We were told that they are redecorating very soon and look forward to seeing that on our next trip. Great hotel and small enough so you get more individual attention.

From the moment we entered we were amazed! The service was awesome. There wasn't a minute where they were not catering towards us. The location was perfect...right on Ocean Dr. Many different restaurants to chose from! Can be expensive but not much different from NYC. It was an excellent trip!!!

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left the service was impeccable. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and great cocktails on the patio in front of the hotel.

“Classic Art Deco Hotel”

Once known as the Grande Dame of South Beach and recently renovated, the Tides lives up to its reputation. It has an understated elegance and a friendly staff to match. It is located in the heart of South Beach action and across from the beach. A visit to the Tides is both relaxing and exciting. Even the hotel food is delicious. My wife and I will be back.

I've traveled to Miami tons of times and have never come accross a hotel such as this one. From the beginning to ending of our trip, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, kind and always attentive. I was impressed with the special requests that i had... to see that it was met without hesitation was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the South Beach area.
