Very poor customer service

Cons: Staff has Soviet Union-type ideas about customer service.
The facility is fine, but the staff at this hotel doesn't get customer service. The staff began taking down the breakfast bar just as a large number of people -- who had gotten in late the night before -- came down to eat. The staff was whisking away food from people as they were reaching for it. All this was going on right in the front lobby, in full view of the manager. Also, the airport shuttle only runs once an hour and stops running at 10 p.m. No flexibility there, and a taxi from the airport cost $27. A sign in the elevator exhorts customers to "give us a 10" on the hotel evaluation form "because of our commitment to customer service." That's commitment in theory - no sign of it in practice. I'd give them a zero.

Cons: The hotel need refactions specally the elevators.
Location: The location is excelent.

Hotel more than good / huge Problem with CAR-Hertz

Pros: Location, comfortable rooms, smoking permitted, free parking and free wi-fi.
Cons: More staff to assist the guest. To extend the breakfast time until 10.00 AM which use to be common in most hotels. I went at 9.30 and was over.
Location: Places to eat at walking distance. Near to Markets (Office Max, Sam's Club, Walmart) and Shopping Malls (International Mall and Dolphin Mall
Hotel was more than good. I have stayed at the hotel more than one time and always was a pleasent stay. This time I should say they have failed in small things. * Before the night the Air Conditioning failed. Regarding was NO technician or responsible for that, they offered to change me the room, which they did. But, I was at the 6th floor, and I had to go to the lobby to get the new key, and return to my room and do the moving all by myself. Nobody from the hotel offered me to send me the key or help me with the moving, which would be reasonable. I assume they have a very short staff at night. * Other small thing. I am a smoker. The Hotel offer Smoking rooms. But there was NO ASHTRAY at the entire hotel, no matter how many times I asked for that. They always said to me... I will be sending you one, later. And it never happened. At the end of the day, the gil in the front desk, told me the truth. They do not have a single ashtray at the hotel. They have ordered some, but they did not received it. Unbelieveable

Close to Dolphin Mall

Pros: I liked the layout of the room. The lobby and dining area was clean. The exterior of the hotel was also well kept and wonderful for taking pictures.
Cons: Front desk staff need to be a little more attentive. Had to go down stairs to get their attention. Elevator too slow.
Location: Paid a yellow cab about $14.00 to get to the Dolphin Mall. Also the taxis were available outside the mall when I was ready to return to the hotel.
Really appreciated the shuttle service to the airport.

Short trip

Pros: Clean room, comfortable beds, and location
Cons: Replace all the flooring, and change out the chair next to the king bed...
Location: Great location...it's near almost everything. It was also easy to get into the hotel without heavy traffic to deal with.
Clean room but dated...I expected a more up to date room for being in such an international city. The room was clean and comfortable. We were very busy, so we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. The breakfast was basic, but again well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'd stay again for our next visit to the area.

It stayed here for a short business trip and it was generally pleasing. The staff was kind and courteous; breakfast gave a variety of the usual basic options and it was close to a number of restaurants for dinner. Overall good option for a quick business trip.

Great Location

Pros: Nice outdoor pool with hot tub. Hotel and grounds were very clean.
Cons: Offer something for breakfast, or at least a coffee for early travelers. We left the hotel at 4 am for our 6 am flight.
Location: Great restaurants in the neighborhood.
Really convenient location especially for an early flight. Took less than 15 min. to get to the airport. Fantastic Peruvian restaurant less than 2 miles away. Big room with a very comfortable bed.

The only negative thing that I experience was not having enough wash clothes. I guess if you stay at this hotel bring your wash clothes and towels.

Never again - not even for a night close to the ai

Unfriendly staff, we received an absolute smoking room ( smelled as if they just turned out the last cigarette ) and requested a new room . Staff did not at all apologize! But got as another nonsmoking room. Aircon did not work properly and sleeping in extreme heat and noise from the AC was nearly impossible. Staff did not at all say thanks for your stat or ask how it was upon checkout! Next time we will try one of the many other alternative airport hotels.

Hi it was a pleasure staying at your hotel as I am a former trouble shooter for hotels-- your bath room was extremely clean and so was the bed I will certainly be back and most of all the staff was super friendly and a very quiet atmosphere ----- thanks again ellen scott
