“clean budget hotel with helpful staff”

Best value in town. My room was clean, staff was very helpful, breakfast was basic but not unbearable. No bugs, no noise problems. Somewhat run down but at least it was clean.

“Good deal when you don't wanna spend a lot of time at your hotel”

Good stay for the price I paid. People were helpful and nice. The room was simple but clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

“good for stay”

i like it even though is under reconstruction time, in fact i would love to see it finish, the only thing i would change is the odor, kind of oldie but not bad, i would put like air freshener, the personnel is very nice and kind, feels like family business

“Good for a night”

Had read many of the other reviews before booking this hotel. It was pretty much as I expected. Very old, decent enough for 1 night, clean bed, continental breakfast of pretty much just toast =) , etc. For the money, it was fine. Liked that the outdoor mall was so close. It gave us something to do for the one night we needed to kill before boarding our cruise. And the free shuttle to the port was a nice addition. It cost us more to get to the hotel from the airport and to get to the hotel from the port by cab than it did to stay here for one night. Good deal.

“Great price and location.”

Excellent rates compared to other hotels close by on Biscayne Blvd. Personnel was courteous and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Bath towels for each guest in the room and hooks to hang clothes and towels would be helpful and convenient. More lighting needed. The best part and most surprising was the guy at the reception desk on the morning of 11/30/12 was outstanding. He handled a lot of guests simultaneously checking out, printed boarding passes for the plane tickets, and when the pick up bus to the airport did not show up, he arranged for taxis for each group and paid for the cab ride. That was fantastic.

“Good for a quick stay”

I'm giving 4 stars because of the price to location ratio. The room was clean but quite outdated. No A/C control in the room, but the temperature was comfortable.Kind of smelly at the lobby, but no odor in the room . Breakfast was nothing special ,coffee toast and jelly but again, the deal hard to beat. If you just need to stay for a night or two at that location than it's a place to go. For a family vacations I suggest finding something more decent. Paid overnight parking can be found just a block away for $7 per day
