“Extremely lovely hotel!”

Next time I go to Miami Beach I'll definitely stay in Lord Beach Hotel again. Stylish interior, good service, nice stuff, comfortable rooms - and absolutely remarkable pool-party. Gay-friendly - it means a lot of beautiful people around you!

I have stayed here before and after the renovations, both stays were great the art deco style added to the rooms are perfect, no complaints, staff are present when needed, if you want hand and foot service then go somewhere else, if you like to come and go as you please, friendly, easy going staff and a very clean room in the perfect location then this is the place to go.

Cambe back from staying at this hotel on the 23rd November 2011. My partner and I booked the hotel on the Expedia website after reviewing several other hotels in the area. We read several reviews about it and overall, we seemed quite pleased with the reviews. Firstly, we found the hotel staff friendly and inviting, especially Ladonne who is fantastic! Also smiling, full of energy and local knowledge of whats going on in South Beach. The Food in the hotel is great too, relatively good value and really nicely presented. We didnt eat here as much as we should have! The hotel is small but perfectly placed for Ocean Drive and the Beach. The one downside if anything is that the pools are small and a little too secluded but didnt effect our holiday as the beach is so close by. I would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again in the future. Well done to all staff, you made us feel really welcome. Thanks! Mark and Mike

“Not bad - cheap chic”

The hotel looks like it was recently renovated. Great location and great food in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Pool is ok but kind of small. There are 3 of them the same size instead of one big one. Apparently Sundays there is a big pool party - but not much else during the week. Room was nice - cheap ikea type furniture but it looked modern. Bed and linens were crappy - but it's a beach hotel so what can you really ask for. Not bad overall.

“Overall a Good Hotel. Great Value”

Stayed at the Nash a few years back during Art Basel where the hotel rates are higher than during Christmas. The new Lords is a very well done renovation. The staff are extremely friendly as is the owner. They could not do more if they tried to make your stay better. We let them know upon check-in we were wanted a quiet room and the clerk actually called over the owner who found us the most appropriate room. My only complaint is that for some reason (i assume during the reno) they used very thin doors that are not cut properly that let in both light and sound from the hallways. If they got some new doors that one 3 would change to a 5!!!

“Worst Experience Ever!”

Nothing was as it appeared on the internet. One of the reasons I chose that hotel was because it had a workout room. It didn't have one. The hotel was under construction, and they tried to put me in a room that had drop clothes and scaffholding in the hall, actually right in front of my door. There was a daily resort fee that was never mentioned until I was checking in. Overall, I was disgussed!
