Filthy Hotel with no parking

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: We only stayed one night, so I'm not sure
Found it to be misrepresented. It is old and run down, not "modern" as described.

Pros: Close ti the Beach.
Cons: The rooms are HOT b/c Hotel controls AIR.
I would recommend this hotel to someone with NO KIDS! The Parking is $1 Per Hour. If you can find a parking near the hotel. There is a parking lot 2 Blocks away which is also $1/Hr . The hotel Has no a/c that you can control in the room. The ac is controlled by the hotel. Needless to say our room was so HOT we slept with the hotel door open the whole stay. The Fridge was holding on by its last thread. Not cold at all.. Beach access a block away. ALSO NO SWIMMING POOL!!!! They also hold $50 on your Credit Card untill you check out!! I personally will NEVER STAY AGAIN!

Disgusting/ Filthy

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Cons: It needs more maintenance
Location: Beach is near and there is shops around
Never thought I would have such a horrible experience in Miami, I've stayed at motels that've been in better conditions. Bathroom seemed like they've never been cleaned, and overall the hotel is just disgusting.

Get what you pay for

Any discount hotel in South Beach is going to be a little disappointing, but this one was a pleasant surprise. An old hotel than has seen better days, but clean, comfortable and close to the beach and shopping.

Pay for What You Get!

Pros: The view was beautiful and the location was close to everything.
Cons: Maybe communicate information before check in.
Location: The beach was less than a city block from the hotel. Ocean Drive and Lincoln Ave Mall were nearby.
Our hotel stay was comfortable. We loved that there was a free shuttle from the airport and a reasonable rate back to the airport. The room was clean and the staff was nice. However, there were things that weren't disclosed until we checked in. There was a $50.00 refundable deposit that we didn't know about. The ice machine was not in service the whole time we were there and the Suites did not have a range. The only difference between the suites and the standard rooms was a sink. We planned on visiting their on site Grocery store to shop and cook meals while on vacation to save a few bucks. The grocery store actually was not affiliated with the hotel at all. We had to spend a bit more on food and ice than we anticipated.

Not bad

Posted Jun 6, 2014
Pros: Close to beach and boardwalk convient store and souvenir right by it and bikes right I. Front $10 for two hours not bad
Cons: Cleanliness and more English speaking hotel staff
This was my first time to Miamai and the Hotel wasn't bad but could use better cleaning. I clean my bathroom with bleach before using and I brought my own blanket and sheets and I was glad I did. All I. All it was a good hotel. There is complimentary shuttle from airport but it cost 25 to go back to air port

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, not too fancy, but it was a good price, and the staff were helpful. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but it all worked out fine.

I could hear a baby screaming all night long . When I told the front desk that my room was hot they next day they ignored me. You could here doors slamming and people walking and talking all night long. Bathroom could stand to be remodeled. Free breakfast was a nice perk.

It was okay could have been better equipped there was no microwave or ice machine available some of receptionist were rude and only one computer available to use also parking was a hassle being that there is no hotel parking we had to keep putting money in the meter
