My suite was spacious ( full kitchen stack washer and dryer). Great views of both the ocean and bay from my balcony. spacious bathroom but just a tub shower. Staff was friendly but some days i felt room cleaning took to long to getting to the room. (after 4p).Also i tried using the in room phone to get various areas within the hotel and would often get no answer after minutes of attempts. The restaurant provided good food options. Maybe a little pricier than expected for the level of food but overall not expensive. Easy access to beach Its no convenient store but a machine you could grab a snack or beverage from. Atm machine only dispenses 20s

Kool For the beach proximity but kinda boring limited restaurant if you don’t want to go out. Valet only. Small pool closes early Jacuzzi too hot at times. Rooms are cute kitchen is nice added amenity. But who’s cooking.

We enjoyed the room and beach. This was a good place to stay and we would seriously consider it again. The only downside I can think of was the construction near the beach, but it was not constant and you can move away. There's not much they can do about that. Great stay overall!

The property location is convenient- close to restaurants, shops and it’s on the beach. The staff was professional and friendly. Main issue I experienced is that construction of a new building right next door, thus the noise woke me up every morning around 7am. It was not unbearable because the project is at the beginning stage of leveling the ground, and with my headphones on at the beach the noise was minimal.

This is the second time that we stayed there. The place is clean and the staff is really nice and friendly. There's a lot of noise coming from the construction next door. Really loud from 7 in the morning until 5 or 6. You can hear the loud noises from the room and also while sitting on the beach. And its loud!!! I know that its not Marenas fault but it was annoying.

You can’t help but feel like a rock star when you check into the Marenas. From Valet, to Bellman/luggage, to Concierge/check-in. It is as close to old world Lux that I have felt in years. And it smells like Heaven inside! The champagne doesn’t hurt. We travel to Miami for business regularly and have stayed at many hotels. The Marenas is the only one we have stayed at multiple times.

There was a construction site right next door to hotel. Construction started every morning as early as 7am. It’s all you heard at the pool and the beach. My balcony was directly facing the construction site. It was noisy and you couldn’t sleep or hear your tv in your room.

The view and room I booked were great, there was some noisy construction beside the hotel but not too bad. The thing I didn’t like is that on Expedia I was already charged a resort fee but upon checking out was charged an additional resort fee? That didn’t make sense so be careful booking here!

Did not like not getting a receipt upon checking out, learned we were charged over $300 upon leaving. I was aware of the parking/valet fees but don't know what the rest was for. Did not like having to valet park but understand the lack of space there. Did not like the heavy duty construction next property over but realize Marenas has no control over that, unless it is another building for them. Wife planned on a yoga class or two but when asked where it was learned they are no longer offered--would recommend removing that from website. Was going to have breakfast there a day or two but @ $36 there is no way, I get it things are more expensive when on vacation but that is excessive in my opinion.
