One night and gone.

I was worried given some of the comments but I found it clean, quiet and the staff very courteous and helpful. Perfect for a quick overnight.

stunk

Posted Mar 3, 2015
let me just say that the twin bed was so cramped in the room that my feet were almost touching the TV. did not like the fact that I tried to change to a queen bed and they basically told me to take a hike.

The room was about the size of walk in closet

Very very small room. The bathroom floor had lettuce on it. Behind the bathroom door was pubic hair, overall room was dirty dated and way to small. Very expensive for such a awful room. I recommend staying elsewhere.

Facilities are not that nice, but location is good

Early checkin should be a more accessible option; many passengers stay at the airport precisely because of long time between connecting flights and can't wait until normal checkin time is available

Great location if you have an early flight, but old and a bit rundown.

Adequate but handy. It beats leaving airport.

It beats leaving airport if you have layover. Nothing special but it works. Staff very nice.

Functional Hotel right at the Airport

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: Location location location. Restaurant at the top of the hotel was basic but good.
Cons: The hotel is worn, but clean, and will benefit someday from a round of renovations.
Location: Right in the Miami International Airport. Lots of fast food restaurants and little shops around that you'd find in any good sized airport.
Stayed here after our cruise only because we had a transcontinental flight at 7:00 AM the next morning, and for that purpose it was perfect, as the Hotel is right in the middle of the airport. Fancy? No, definitely not, but the simple basic room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and the restaurant on the 7th floor was actually surprisingly good. The front desk staff checking us in and out were reasonably friendly and efficient and that extra half an hour of sleep and cab ride we saved in the morning was very welcome. Overall, not a place you'd ever consider staying in for more than a night, but ideal for its intended purpose.

Airport at hotel

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: closeness to gates
Cons: rooms are too small and the bathrooms are puny...soooo small
Location: Take the train to downtown...worth visiting
Good, but very expensive for what it is, the bathrooms are way to small and for the price you get a 2 star hotel

Location is the only redeeming feature.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: See above.
Tiny, basic rooms (with no soap), no ability to take luggage carts to the room (necessitating a porter and tipping), poor quality bed-linen, hopeless front-desk staff and housekeeping (the same person) barged in without knocking twice within the space of 20 minutes in the morning despite it being 8am or so and check out time being noon. When compared with other good airport hotels located in the airport (eg Dallas/Montreal/Vancouver/Houston) there is just no excuse for this place. I would choose another route to avoid having to lay-over here - the only reason we did so was because we arrived late at night with 2 kids.
