Great atmoshphere, very accommodating

Great staff, with many models around. Even if your not a model, your treated the same. If your looking for a sexy crowd, this is the place. Room service always on time and good. I highly recommend having breakfast in your room. Valet and front desk are great. Hotel has very hip design, and love the control of the pool.

I had an excellent stay at the mondrian. The staff are very friendly with the exception of the two concierge staff members. The pool is beautiful and has great service

Location: Beach and great food store near buy.
Very good! Loved interior design, very comfortable, fun and spacious!

Cons: The food. The breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-room choices and the way its prepared should be reviewed and brought to the same level as the hotel.
All fine, except as mentioned below food selections and preparations should be redesigned. There are plenty of great restaurants near by that can do a much better job with the same selection of wholesalers to choose there products from .

Nice Hotel

Pros: The Lobby and Pool area are very modern and inviting.
Cons: Set up of the actual suite is not balanced...They need to address their WiFi issues.
Location: This hotel is in walking distance to Lincoln street outdoor shopping as well as a couple of blocks away from a Whole Foods and Walgreens.
The grounds and lobby of the hotel are modern and impressive and the pool area is beautiful, but the rooms lack a few things. The hotel suite has wasted space with an old couch that is situated in a virtually empty room. The linens were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was disproportionate to the rest of the room....very small. There was one large rectangular sink with no real counter space for any toiletries. We were unable to connect to WiFi at this hotel and spent time with the IT people trying to rectify it only to find out that it is an ongoing problem and not one just unique to us. All in all the hotel has potential to be much greater with a few upgrades.

disappointing visit

We stayed at the Mondrian last year at this time, and we were extremely happy and impressed. This visit was extremely disappointing. When we arrived Friday morning, we were happy to be upgraded and get early check in, but the room they put us in had not been cleaned, bed unmade, etc. We complained and were upgraded yet again to a beautiful suite. But then, early Monday morning, there was no water in the hotel for at least two hours. We could not use the toilet or shower during that period and we needed to leave to catch our flight home. The staff made no announcement but suddenly the toilet didn't work. This is not acceptable when you are paying close to $500/night. Also, on Saturday afternoon, there was a waiting list to get a chair by the pool. We waited around for half an hour and then gave up. Priority seating for hotel guests? They don't seem to care. The additional disappointment is that they have closed - except for week-ends - one of their beautiful bars where we sat and watched the sunset last year. Last year, they had this amazing reduced drink price happy hour at the above referenced bar but they abolished that, too even for week-ends, along with a fabulous bar menu which was reduced to just a few sandwhiches and snacks. So the bar was open Sat night, and we sat there but had to pay full price drinks and hardly anyone was there.

Certainly the issue with the water was an emergency situation with the city which took us all by surprise, believe us it was beyond our control. We still offer our Happy Hour pricing on the weekends and have begun Sangria specials during the week. We are sorry for the difficulties you had at the pool and with housekeeping, these have been addressed and corrected. We do hope to welcome you back soon.

Hote Restaurant

We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant ordered 4 dishes one each. The service was horrible we waited more than 30 min just for our drinks and after several complaints more the food arrived and i hive it a 2 out of 5
