Recently here stayed for a week. Loved the hotel...great beds, TV in bathroom mirror was so cool, great views. Kids loved the pool and beach. Staff members were extremely courteous and helpful. Hope to get back there soon.

Hotel staff were extremely courteous. They attended to all our needs and made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay. As for the hotel, it couldn't have been nicer. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the room itself is very spacious.

I would like to recommend this hotel to others because of beautiful view from the balcony to the ocean and Bal Harbour, location is perfect for those who is interested in Bal Harbour shops. This hotel has a private beach with free beds and umbrellas provided. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of service. Other advantage is a free wi-fi in the room , 5+!

“Beautiful resort with beautiful water views!”

Very beautiful hotel and we especially enjoyed that once you exit the elevator, that here are only two rooms and no hallway which meant that there was no noise at all. The bathrooms are gorgeous and I enjoyed the water views from the bathroom as well as the bedroom. The baclonies are small but furnished and is relaxing. This hotel is far from South Beach, so if you are looking to party, be prepared to drive or pay lots of cab fare. We did love eating at The Palm and enjoyed shopping at the Bal Harbour Shops. The hotel restaurant was expensive and we were not impressed with the food for breakfast. This is definetly a nice place for a laid back vacation. With the private beach and large pool, you could spend hours soaking up the sun! Cant wait to go back for a longer stay. The regular rooms are nice but the suites are much roomier.
