“Great hotel in good condition close to everything.”

Great location and beautiful room. Received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was a pleasant surprise. Service was okay, as we kept having to ask for an iron to be brought to our room, but other than that it was wonderful. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town. Note: Overnight parking was quite pricy at about $30/night

“New SoBe Hotel--great find!”

We stayed at the Pestana for one night in April. Great location to see the South Beach scene but not have to "hear" it all night long. New hotel still working out the kinks, but friendly staff willing to please. The Breakfast which was included was fantastic!! A full buffet that was available until 11:00-great for us late risers. Ask for a Pool view--you may get a view of just another building if not. l We were OK with it for one night. The room was small, but was clean with comfortable beds. If you need ADA accomodations, ask for building ONE, it has an elevator. There is also a luggage lift in the other two buildings, but not as convenient. The Pool was splendid-just the right temp and long enough to do laps as well as lounge in the sun. Parking was they only challenge with the parking garage two short blocks away. It cost an additional fee for each night, as well. The key is to drive up, drop off luggage, then come back and check in. Easy to do. They should add more staff to the front desk, but being new and fully booked, they sre still adjusting. For the location, food, service, and new decor, they get a 5 from us!

“Decent”

The Internet wouldn't work in our room. We were charged $12 when we didn't even use the drinks in the fridge. Staff wasn't too friendly. Room was clean, location was great.

“Great location and updated international hotel”

We loved the international vibe at the hotel. We also really enjoyed the great breakfast each day by the pool for $13. The pool itself was fantastic - quiet, plenty of space, comfy chairs, ample towels, good tunes. And the hotel was about 3 blocks to the beach where we rented chairs for $10 a day from another hotel. You are just outside of "South Beach" but an easy walk to restaurants, night life, etc. Great spot for the money. The beds were so comfortable and the furnishing were fab - white with both vintage and modern touches. I'd stay here again.
