Crawling insects

We saw two huge cockroaches in our room crawling on the wall. I was afraid while sleeping more other cockroaches would come out and crawl on my face. Other than that the room was ok.

Noisy, not safe surroundings, alarms kept going of

Pros: One clerk person
Cons: take it off your list
Location: I was there on business trip - not much around except one restaurant
Only good thing is one clerk at front desk. dirty and not in good shape rooms furnishing are old, hallway is dirty, ropes closing off main doo, alarm kept going off thanks god I was out most of the day Not safe, really if I had other options in short notice would have taken it. sorry but not for business traveler or leisure couples.

Bom custo X beneficio

O hotel fica distante dos pontos turísticos, mas perto do aeroporto. Nada que atrapalhe quem aluga carro. Quartos muito limpos, funcionários amigáveis e prestativos. Ótimo custo X benefício para quem não precisa de luxo. O café da manhã é confuso e tem poucas opções, mas quebra bem o galho. O quarto era bem espaçoso, e o banheiro meio apertado, mas com ótimo chuveiro.

Pros: A amabilidade do pessoal do hotel
Location: Próximo ao aeroporto, uma escala para quem viaja.
Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Recepcionista amável, fez o nosso check in antes da hora,nos acomodando. Instalações confortáveis.

Reasonable shuttle service to cruise port

Cons: More seating area in waiting area
Location: Restaurants in walking distance. Shuttle to malls in area
Helpful courteous efficient employees! Clean room. Reasonably priced shuttle service to cruise port & malls in area. Free shuttle from airport to hotel.

Ar barulhento, péssima localização

Qdo da reserva pensei na facilidade de estar próximo ao Aeroporto, ledo engano, o lugar é horrível, difícil acesso, trânsito, congestionamento, mts obras nos arredores, nem com GPS acertávamos as saídas/entradas. O ar condicionado fazia mto barulho. Café da manhã, já sabia que era continental, mas mto tumultuado, espaço pequeno para o nr de hóspedes. Não voltaria neste hotel e nem indico, nem com o que li "relação custo-benefício", acho que pode ser para quem vai apenas pernoitar e já sair logo cedo p/Aeroporto, mas se a idéia é passear por Miami, ainda que 1 dia, não vá.
