Pros: Continental breakfast is good, and the price is lower if your on a budget
Cons: Needs to be updated. It shows its age with the wear and tear over the years
Location: 15 minute cab ride from the airport. 20 minutes to the mall, and 30 minutes to the cruise ship dock.
Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast is good, but hotel is older and needs updating for sure.

Clean and Quiet Rooms

Pros: Staff, cleanliness of room, quiet location.
Location: Just off the freeway in an industrial area. Convenient to reach, but not much to do in the area.
While this hotel is in an industrial area with no restaurants nearby, the hotel is clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the hot breakfast had lots of items. Took about 20 minutes to drive to the airport in busy morning traffic, so a great option for those with a rental car.

Cons: Everything was very good.
Location: Very near the airport and many resturants.
A nice room before our cruise. Room was clean and staff was great.

VERY BAD SHUTTLE SERVICE AND.....

Cons: Everything. Shuttle service above all. Then, the corridor floors to the bedrooms are so so nasty and wasted with plenty dirty scratches
I chose this hotel because it has a good rating at expedia and because it has a FREE shuttle Airport-Hotel shuttle service. I called the hotel once I was outside Miami airport on 2nd floor so to be looking out for the shuttle.... It passed so fast like looking to nowhere that I did not have the time to wave at it. Then I called again to the hotel and so the shuttle passed again after some 15 min. Then the shuttle driver received some radio & cell calls that made him divert the way to the hotel. There were 2 couples as well inside the shuttle when I boarded it. One of the couples commented they had already been around inside the shuttle for 1 hour, going up and down. Also the second couple, couldnt see the time when to finally arrive at the hotel. Once at the hotel, I told the attendant that I had to be at Miami airport early at at least 5am because my flight departed at 7 am.... she said that the shuttle service started at 6 am ! I did of coarse had to call book a taxi so to take me early to the airport. So, just to make it short, if you have to fly before 8:30 am from Miami Airport, I do not recommend this hotel as you must be at the airport 2 hours before flying. Again, I did complain at the desk attendant that it was not written on their expedia Ad that the shuttle starts at 6 am. That attendant said: "YES, that is written, our shuttle time service.... It does not say the shuttle service is 24 hours...". Shuttle time service is NOT written either. Hidding!

Close to airport but disappointing

Pros: Searched on expedia
Cons: Rooms could be cleaned. Pool could be warmer.
We chose this hotel because it offered a complimentary airport shuttle as well as a shuttle to the cruise terminal ($10 per person). It was okay; breakfast was what I expected. It is nice that a hot breakfast was included and we all enjoyed the make-your-own waffle station. Room was not very clean--floors always seemed wet and my kids feet were black from walking on the carpet (even right after they got out of the bath). Pool was cool but there were lots of toys for the kids to play with. Unfortunately, the pool was too cool for me. Stay was okay for one night but would not stay there again.

dont count on the "shuttle service"

The hotel rooms were fine, clean and quiet. We had a major customer service problem, dealing with the front desk and the shuttle. After our flight was cancelled we finally got into Miami late, and called the hotel to find out when the shuttle would be at the airport next. The front desk responded by telling us to call back when we were outside the airport. When we got through customs we went outside and called back, they stated the shuttle would be there soon. We found another person who had been standing outside for over an hour waiting for the shuttle who had called multiple times, without getting an answer about where the shuttle was or when it would be there. We called again after about 15 minutes, and the front desk still didnt know where the shuttle was or how long it would be. After another half hour and several phone calls the shuttle almost drives past us and we had to jump in the road to get it to stop- there were 2 people in it. The driver wouldnt let our whole group get in, even though we couldve squeezed in easily. So half our group had to wait another 40 minutes for the guy to come back for them. When we confronted the person at the front desk and then the night manager, they never did have an explanation nor offer an apology or discount for the fact that they were rude (hung up on us a few times) and did not give the service that they advertised.

My general rating for Quality Inn in -GOOD.

Pros: Very old building.
Cons: Price (March 2015) is very expensive for such simple quality.
My general rating for Quality Inn in -GOOD. Good for very short stay 1-2 days. It is very noisy street around the hotel. Breakfast -very good. Room -very clean but extremely small. Towels and linen -excellent+++. Parking free. So- if you not so picky -book it.

Hidden hotel

Cons: Poor location, poor service
Location: Isolated and well hidden
The hotel is hidden behind a larger hotel. There is only a small sign and it takes some effort to find it after seeing the sign.

Reasonable Airport hotel

This is an airport hotel. They pick you up from the airport but you have to call first and wait ~30 minutes. The rooms have reasonable size for a big city, WiFi is free and working nice, Breakfast was a little crowded but you get to meet new people. You must have a car because there is nothing in the near walking area.
