The staff was wonderful and nice the only thing the hotel is missing would be more opptions where to eat or hang out inside the hotel insead of art gallery stores that where never even open while I was their the Pizza awesome I ate that like 5 times great but more food options would be great 😄

Hotel close to the beach.

Pros: The ocean location.
Cons: I may consider to go back and try it again.
Location: Location is not bad,there is few restaurants whit in walking distance and few stores to go shopping but for more fun you just have to drive.
Hotel staff very nice,lobby is clean and modern pool area very nice whit ocean view. The room was in poor condition, old carpeting and furniture,the small kitchen was in very bad shape and no power outlet for coffee maker or toaster,the electric stove hardly working it took us two hours to boiled the eggs.

Needs remodeling

Pros: It was big and by the ocean.
Cons: Yes....shld be remodeled.
Location: I took a shuttle. So if u hv no car ur stuck at the hotel.
Very outdated. Need desperate remodeling. When I walked into the pool area there was nothing but low class ppl swearing left and right. Walked out the next morning.

The 2 queen beds were set-up strangely in the room. Only after we questioned the room layout were we placed in a really nice room. The hotel manager on duty Hector provided excellent customer service!

Location: Nothing unique about the location. And nothing near you if walking.
An older hotel with surprisingly large and clean rooms. The same downside as most Miami Beach Hotels, horrible and expensive Valet Parking with nothing in walking distance. The guest pays for the valet parking whether they like it or not--expensive-- and the parkers leave no doubt that an additional tip is expected even if you have to wait an a minimum of l 30 minutes for your car. A 30 minute wait was normal even if you phoned ahead for the car. If you have no need to ever leave the hotel and plan just to stay in your room or give up on you car and only travel by Taxi, I recommend it. Sort of old fashioned elegance.

Valet parking was not free as a florida resident! I was asked to pay extra fees as I was checking in? Over all exerience far less satisfactory and your guarantee lowest price didn't exist!!!

Bad beach stay

The hotel location was amazing, right on the beach. The room was terrible, furniture was dated and uncomfortable. Dresser draws wouldn't close, closet door came off it's hinges and wouldn't close. The concierge staff was terrible. There was one that was excellent and really helpful. The rest? Not so much. One just stared at you when you asked a question. We missed breakfast one morning so thought we would go to one of the other 100 surrounding hotels to grab a bite. Asked the one that didn't talk (I know what were we thinking?) his response "no no place around here!" Really? It was a Sunday brunch time! For the price it was fine. But I definitely won't be back.

GREAT FAMILY FUN

Pros: THE POOL, THE HOTEL, CLEAN, YOU CAN ORDER FOOD BY THE POOL BUT YET YOU CANT EAT BY THE FOOD DOESNT MAKE SENSE!!!!!
Cons: THE GUARDS, THE POOL CLOSES TOO EARLY!!!!
Location: YOU NEED THE CAR TO GO ANY WHERE
THE HOTEL AND ROOMS ARE GREAT BUT THE GUARDS FROM THE HOTEL ARE REALLY ANNOYING THEY EVEN CALLED THE POLICE ON SOME PEOPLE FOR JUST REALLY HAVING FUN!!!!!!!

Staff needs class on customer service

Cons: Train the staff in proper communication with your customers. Treat your guests how you would want to be treated.
The problem we had at the hotel was our rooms were not ready when we arrived at between 5 and 6 pm. I had called and requested early check in. They told me normal check was at 4pm. I dont uderstand why the room was not ready at 5. I had reseved two rooms, one with a king bed and one with two queens, when I was trying to check in I was informed that the king bed reservation was just a request and would not be honored. I had to get the manager envoled to get the siutation resolved. Then the manager acts like they are doing me a favor by giving me the room I had reserved. That took almost an hour, just to check in. NOBODY WANTS TO DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF STUFF. The next issue is the rooms smelled like mold and the floors/bathroom were not clean. This
