We had great service and all went as planned with no problems with great service from the staff

Not bad for a one night stay before heading to cruise terminal, will choose the same hotel next time.

Very basic. I wouldn't stay any more than one night (if that) The bathroom is tiny and the sink is outside of the room. My partner accidentally left his laptop in the room after we checked out - and they never "found" it - very disappointing.

I've stayed here before. Both times an overnight only between flights. Clean, friendly, quiet. Staff was courteous and helpful in spite of being very busy. Quick breakfast was fine.

Hotel well used, suitable for one night for transit as close to airport, would not want to stay for more than one night. Breakfast disappointing very very basic toast, bun or bagel only and if not there first you get nothing what's left is packed away early. Would use again but only for transit.

The location is centric,close to the airport and main highways. There are a few details that could improve such as: more variety in the breakfast menú like yogurt cups, different flavored bagels, frozen waffels; daily freshening of the first floor rug since it is so close to the pool; removing the mineral deposits of the shower head; and greater color correction on the TV. Very adequate for the money paid online. We would definately come back.

The hotel is situated right next to the airport this is great for layovers or early departures etc however please remember that as it is so close to the airport you will get noise from the airplanes. I was actually so tired when I stayed here that I slept right through any noise, I only noticed the planes when I woke up. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was great, fantastic shower. The hotel is clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant located next to the hotel, this was great value for money and really great food. There is a pool at the hotel, I didn't use the pool but noticed some guests did and they seemed to be enjoying it. The hotel offers a free continental breakfast in the morning, very basic but good. The hotel also has a small shop to purchase water etc The hotel also offers a shuttle service free of charge. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and I would definitely stay here again, very safe and friendly.

After waiting 25 min for shuttle, the shuttle came and did not stop despite me running after it. I waited a further 30 min for the shuttle and getting to the hotel at midnight. However the next day the manager made swift and effective compensation for the problem.

Its worth For what you Pay and has excellent location where ever you want to go in Miami

Good hotel for the price. Excellent location - only 5 mins from airport with free shuttle, complimentary breakfast and wi-fi.
