Airport hotel

Room was ok. Was doing some painting so I had to walk around the building instead of through the building. OK for the night. Not dirty but not clean.

Staff friendly/helpful. Nice pool & garden area. Good as stop over before flying out or visiting Miami for a few days.Do get noise from planes flying directly over hotel but with reliable airport shuttle, overall not bad as a cheaper option.

Cons: A kettle and ability to make coffee and tea
Location: excllent
I spent under 12 hours in the hotel, Check in was quick as I per paid for the room. I was not very satisfied with the room amenities. However it was very convenient hotel since the location is under 5 minutes from the airport.

Pros: Great location
Cons: Chance how you recive packages fro guest. Might need to do your storeage ares so it would be easeir to find guest ítems.
Location: The location is grey good for me to travel to the AirPort
My experience was n always great. The staff are very helpful with all my problems and very quick in solving them.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. Room was dirty, toilet didn't flush, shower drain was plugged & tub surround leaked. Continental breakfast was extremely sub par, elevator quit working, dead bolt on our room door didn't work, & exterior door on our building was broken and wouldn't close...just to name a few. Oh, almost forgot, we had to get our own towels from the laundry room since the cleaning staff did not stock our room with any. 👎

Te AC worked for a while but by the middle of the night stopped. Too late and too tired to move rooms so just sweated it out.

The hotel is good for a short stay. The lobby and elevator weren't that clean but the rooms were. Very close to the airport.

I booked Red Roof at the Miami Airport in conjunction with a cruise that was leaving the next day. I originally booked because I've been extremely pleased with Red Roof Inns in past experiences for their overall price and amenities as well as the fact that they allow pets. I was of course traveling pet free this time and they offered a free airport and cruise shuttle so I was sold due to all of the above. First, I had to call the hotel to ask where the shuttle was after arriving at Miami International. I was there watching shuttles from the other hotels pass by sometimes 3 and 4 times without ever seeing one from Red Roof. I waited for an hour and finally after my phone died while being on hold, my friend called and they said that one would be on its way in minutes. Sure enough, it arrived and off we went. I told the staff after checking in that we were going on a cruise and she stated that the free cruise shuttle would leave at 1 pm the next day. That night, after arriving at the hotel after 10:30pm, from a flight that landed at 8 pm...we were finally in our room. The A/C was noisy, everytime it would kick on I was awake....the cover falling off and rattling. We wake up the next day to check out at 11 am to find that cruisers can get late checkout at 12:30. No one told us so we ended up calling a taxi for $20 for the 4 of us to get to the ship in time for us to board at our scheduled time of noon. Next time I'll spend more $ on a different hotel.
