Not what's as expected

Not very clean rooms , cable was not working and they couldn't fix it , we couldn't sleep well because of the road construction in front of the hotel.

Great for families!

Pros --> Loved the location - Peaceful and quiet location within 20 minutes from all key attractions in Miami; Enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast every morning; 2 bedroom suite was ideal for family of 4 with an infant. Kitchenette was a big plus. Very safe neighborhood with lots of area restaurants and shopping. Cons --> Parking at $20 a night was quiet steep - there is an outdoor $6 lot right next door; Room service was a bit spotty but we could request stuff from housekeeping which was delivered promptly; On site washer dryer was quite dated and badly needs an upgrade!

Nice hotel but outdated

The hotel rooms are confortable but it needs a major renovation, it is very outdated! Rooms are big but need to work to improve cleanliness.

2 days with friends before a cruise

Location was fabulous - within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good. 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. Only complaint was that in order to close bathroom door, I had to step inside the shower or around the toilet. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Miami

Musty room

The service at the front desk was spotty. I would stay there again, but the room had a musty odor and there was a lot of maintenance ongoing.

Street construction made it difficult to get to hotel. Hotel past due for renovation which is scheduled for 2014. Poor TV reception and limited stations. Be alert to daily parking charge. Still good value and convenient for access to Sony Open Tennis Tournament on Key Biscayne.

Somewhat dated but OK

Other than the heavy orange cleaner smell in my room and the somewhat dated look of the hotel, it was OK. The food was quite decent at breakfast and the evening reception, so that was much appreciated. Area is not great, but not terrible either. For a quick business trip, it worked.
