horrible...Posted Nov 22, 2014
Restroom pipes made noise all the time. Room didn't get cleaned 2 days. The air was broken for 2 days! 80 degrees in room! But good location.

business trip but decided to stay at the beach.Posted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Location, price, charm.
Cons: carpeting on the stairs
Location: fun friendly bars were nearby; Espanola Way has cool little hip restaurants 3 or 4 blocks away.
I knew an older and inexpensive hotel would not be great and friends had stayed their and said it was a good budget hotel and it is. OK, not great and not bad. The stair wells had pretty worn carpets and the elevator was a little variable. But, it was a good deal for the money and a good location with lots of good places to walk to. Not much of a bar but breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced for Miami Beach.

Great location.Posted Nov 19, 2014
Great staff. Check in and out pleasing. Easy location for walking to beach, Lincoln Road Mall & Ocean Dr. Overall very clean, however our shower tile grout had a few areas of black. Nice hotel. Would recommend.

Close to beach; overpriced.Posted Nov 7, 2014
Although this hotel is close to the beach, it was overpriced even at a discounted rate! They gave us the wrong gate code for the beach access and we were locked out of the hotel Small rooms and the overall feel and decore of the hotel was dated. Walls were paper thin and could hear every sound in the hallway Showers were scalding hot and could not adjust to a comfortable temperature.

Really Nice Hotel in front of beachPosted Oct 27, 2014
The Richmond despite its a little old it is a nice, clean, updated hotel. The only thing they should remodel is their bathrooms , their toilets are too close to wall & it interferes with the toilet paper that was not a good thing. Also, their elevator would get stuck here & there. Overall, the price I paid & for the time I spent sleeping was fine, I loved the fact that you are just steps away from beach. Overall, I would recommend to a friend .
