Art Deco Hotel in direkter Strandnähe.Posted May 5, 2015

Great Location, but Seriously Outdated HotelPosted Apr 28, 2015
Can't beat the location and beach access, but the hotel is serious run down and dirty. The staff is pleasant, however, and the pool area is descent though the water temperature was hotter than a bath you would take at home. If they simply updated the rooms and hallways, what a gem they would have.

Nasty , old hotel on good location though...Posted Apr 27, 2015
BE AWARE FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!! The rooms are extremely dirty and noisy. There was stains on the sheets , the carpet and the pillows. The walls were dirty and there was a mold in the bathroom. The hallways look dark and tight like in horror movie... The chairs on the pool were covered with dirt and there was ants everywhere... The water in the pool was looking more dirty , than this one in the Ocean. This place hasn't been remodeled since it was built in the last century...

Perfect locationPosted Apr 25, 2015
Pros: What I liked about the hotel is the pool area and the fact that you can get to the beach from the pool area.
Cons: installing vending machines for beverages and snacks.
Good hotel to stay with easy access to the beach. You can get to the beach right through the back of the hotel. So if were to rain, you can run right back into the hotel instead of looking for some place to stay dry. Everything you need will be minutes away on foot.

Terrible management. Despite having a confirmed Expedia booking - they refused me a room. Apparently it was full. They were extremely rude about this and offered no help in finding me a replacement.

Nice beachfront hotelPosted Apr 19, 2015
Cons: There was even no Coffee Maker in the room. It would have been even more better if there could be a mini refrigerator and Mirco-oven in the room.
Location: Location is just at the corner of 17th Ave and right on the beach.
The location is a big plus for Richmond, just at the corner of 18th Ave and right on the beach. Another plus point is that the Metrobus stop is just outside the hotel entrance, therefore, people can avail Metrobus directly from/to the MIA Airport and save the cost of pricey Taxi and Shuttle services. The Hospitality was excellent and the hotel staffs were so co-operative that they even checked us in before their regular check-in time as the room got available. Another good things about the hotel is room rent is low compared to the other beachfront hotels. I highly recommend the visitors to try this hotel.

Great spotPosted Apr 17, 2015
The beach is steps away with a locking gate chairs and umbrellas do they really have to charge for that??? the one down side but service on the beach, beer buckets nice sand and water. Food was good there. Check out the taco spot across the street like three blocks down. the staff at the pool bar/resteraunt were nice specially the guy GUS he was very friendly. And the hot tub and pool is really nice too. I will return there

Good location , average condition .Posted Apr 14, 2015
Nice hotel with great access to beach , our visit was hampered by a drunk couple that happens to be in the room next to us . After 4 hours , security kicked one of the guests out . Conditions of the hotel are ok , staff is friendly .

I guess you get what you pay for :/Posted Apr 13, 2015
The "Art Deco" decor is a euphemism for outdated. The hotel smelled moldy. The rooms, bathrooms, and elevators wore tiny. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this is not the place. Paper thin walls!
