Impossible to sleep.Posted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: On the beach.
I was given a "quiet room" that turned out to be directly over a terrace that the hotel had booked for a private party that night. The party started at 1:30 a.m. and went until almost 4:00, and while there was no music, the loud talking rose directly into my room. The night clerk was helpful, but claimed there were no available rooms, so there was nothing to do, and I got no sleep. The hotel should have refunded my money, but offered nothing to make up for its mismanagement. After I insisted, the day clerk grudgingly allowed me to use the room for two hours past check-out.

LOVE this PlacePosted Feb 27, 2014
This was my 5th or 6th time staying here and I love the Staff and the Hotel itself!!! Fantastic Time as always...
Very nice outdoor amenities, terrible room (422)Posted Feb 27, 2014
Pros: pool area, beach access, staff
Cons: remove the mold in the bathroom, fix the leaky faucet
Location: on the beach, close to numerous (and varied) restaurants
On the first night of the stay, the fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night. The wall are paper thin, and I heard every conversation my neighbors had. When the toilet flushed (in their room or mine), it sounded like a jet engine. There was mold in the shower and on the blind that was in the shower. Even though I ran the AC, the room felt very damp, and my clothes felt wet. Also, the sink in the bathroom dripped. On the other hand, the pool area is very nice, and the hotel has beach access. The staff was very nice and friendly, even when dealing with angry customers during the night of the fire alarm.

Right on the beach. Staff was amazing.Posted Feb 25, 2014
Although the room was small and not often cleaned well by housekeeping, the staff was very responsive and the location of the hotel can't compare. Literally right on the beach. 3 blocks from restaurants band nightlife. Great place across the street for lunch and breakfast. Was great for our budget!!!

Hotel felt very budget consciencePosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Location is execellent and the pool area is nice.
Cons: Circled for 20 min. to get car into valet (one attendant). Forget cafe, spam like ingredient on salad? Broke hairdryer & they sent someone to fix!?
Stayed here as it was in the area we desired but knew for the price not to have too high of expectations. It was however worse than we assumed.

Great locationPosted Feb 19, 2014
Stayed at the Richmond for the Miami boat show. Chose the hotel for the location to the convention center only a 3 block walk. Also wanted to be on the beach. Prices were high in all of sobe for the show but this one was fairly priced for the time of year. Staff was very nice. My friend lost his wallet at the pool and it was found and turned into the front desk by an employee. Hot tub is big and hot. Pool was nice also. Not a new hotel one of the oldies but goodie. Would stay there again.

Not what I expected!!!Posted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: Close to the beach.
Location: The location was great, the beach was just out he back door and there lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
First of all when we arrived our room wasn't ready so we had to wait (4hours). Then we finally get our room and we need to use our key card in this special outlet to receive power in the room??? Never ever had that before! The next day our room still had not been made up at by 6:00 in the evening when we returned to our room to change for dinner!! Then after they we were done they hadn't put any towels in the room so we had to ask for these. This is the way it was every day, we would have to call for towels because they didn't put any in our room. I found some of the staff very unfriendly. The total experience is not what I expected. It was highly overpriced at $250.00 per night!!!!

Close to beach but dated hotelPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: The pool and outside areas
Cons: Renovate the rooms to at least the 1970's
Location: Good restaurants, beach and other activities
The outside amenities are nice, front lobby, pool and access to beach. However, the rooms were very dated and in disappointing condition.
