the staff at the hotel made this a fine stay. Carl was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and always asked if there was something else he could do. I booked through Expedia, got a fair rate, when i checked I discovered the AC was not functional for the room I had requested, top floor king with ocean view. Carl made it ok by allowing me to choose from the available rooms. I ended up taking the top floor king with ocean view, it was a spacious room, great views, albeit a tad hot during the day but was ok because it had a ceiling fan, and I was able to leave the door open to the hall which was AC'd. he offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience. the staff were also accommodating. the hotel is in the heart of south beach, it was thumping but fun throughout my stay.

When I went to check in, the check in system was down, the receptionist didn’t seem to care people were inconvenienced, very laza fair attitude. The room above mine someone was moving all the furniture and stomping in heels most of the night, the floor/ceiling was so thin. The comforter and sheets had stains.

This is a fantastic hotel in the middle of the Art Deco Area! Our room was an ocean view and it didn't disappoint. The restaurant Icon has amazingly food and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our room was clean but it smelled like sewage on and off. The breakfast was overpriced for the quality and our server wasn't really hospitable. I like that we had access to lounge chairs on the beach but this hotel left not much to desire for a return.

Property is perfectly place on Ocean drive. Clean room, Hot water!!! and No issues, no bugs, nothing. Only issue was keys got deactivated but other than that the hotel was great!

The area was great! The stuff was good. The rooms are not big like it seems in the pictures, when it rains the roof is leaking on the stairs! My boyfriend and I got stuck on the elevator two times and the firefighters had to come get us out! I would never stay there again

We went for spring break, worst mistake ever. Had we gone any other time this would be a 10/10 but we didn’t. When we checked in they didn’t even let us know about the valet parking, took us 1 hour and 30 minutes to find parking since everything was closed. I wanted to end our trip on day one honestly cuz of the parking situation. They were able to reimburse us some of the money we spent for parking but not all.

The city placed restrictions and there were minimum incidents reported during these days.Your reservation can only be change or updated by contacting Expedia. The hotel did have a room reserved under your name for the day and hope that the issue in Miami Beach does not reflect against the services provided by the hotel. Hope that you will give us another opportunity at a different time.

Thank you for your opinion. From Thursday till Sunday of these weekends they closed the Street for Security. Please do not take the spring break coverage and restrictions against the hotel and hope that you will visit us again in the future.

We were upgraded from a standard room to a suite on the 2nd floor corner of the building facing the I oconic illuminated Palm trees and ocean ave so doesn't get any better . Restaurant on property was excellent . My only issue was the bartender was unable to do any drinks off there menu.

Waldorf Towers is perfectly located on Ocean Dr in the heart of the historic Art Deco district. Our room was on the second floor directly on Ocean Dr. Incredibly, the room was soundproofed with double paned windows and quiet. Everything was walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with an extremely early check-in at 9am for a nominal fee. Having a room that early allowed us to freshen up as we arrived straight from the cruise terminal. The on-premise sidewalk restaurant had incredibly good food. We liked it so much we had both lunch and dinner there. There was a systemic issue on the second floor rooms with AC not working. They contacted a repairman promptly and the issue was resolved within 2 hours. This is a great hotel in a great place. I would definitely recommend it.

Partially, I think I stayed at the wrong time. Staying on South Beach not knowing it was spring break was a bad idea. The staff was alright, I wasnt made aware of the spring break aspect and wasnt made aware that valet was not going to be available. The room was loud, seemed dated. The hotel needed to be updated, very dated. Had to walk about five blocks to get my car. Room keys weren't working that well. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Overall our stay was fine. It’s next door to a very popular nightclub so it will be loud until about 5 am. If you want a good night sleep this isn’t the place for you. The rooms are small, bed is comfortable, and staff is nice.

I wanted to really like this hotel because the customer service is excellent, however the rooms are not great. They are very small, noisy, and not well appointed. Cleanliness can definitely be improved. The location is great with beach just across the street and tons of excellent restaurants everywhere.

Great experience at Waldorf Towers. Easy check in and out. Location is perfect.The room that I got was overlooking the ocean. There’s a restaurant and Bar on the ground floor, and a 24H general store in the side of the building. Occupants gets discounts on the store and restaurant. Employees are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
