Extremely noisy. Hotel was repairing a door close to our bedroom at 8 am next day after we arrived. They perhaps could have waited the afternoon to do so? Additionally there was no hot water in the bathroom.

The team was great, Alessandra and Nestor were amazing! We had 2 rooms. Cleaning everyday. Very nice people. Very nice rooms. Great swimming pool on the roof. Very well located. Not in the busy area but connected to it. So best of both world! Thanks. Aurelien

The hotel would have been perfect but they were transitioning owners and there was no dining available. The other hotels next to us had food and drinks and that made them cozier. Staff, rooms and proxy to everywhere was excellent.

I wish the restaurant was open. Room service option available at the restaurant down the street. This was nice but not super easy to navigate the menu, as the site wasn’t functioning properly.

I didn't like getting charged $45 for a "resort fee," and being forced to walk to another hotel to use the gym (which was dank, lousy, and smelly, by the way.)

We stayed at this location because it was walkable to the convention center, very handy. Disappointed because the restaurant that is on property was closed, indefinitely from what I could tell.

I was very happy with this hotel. The property is very nicely decorated. I understand that it was recently renovated. It is is a beautiful boutique hotel. I would highly recommend it. It conveniently located close to great restaurants, the beach and shopping. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. I want to express my extra gratitude to Alvaro and the entire staff of the restaurant. The service and the food was very good. I would also like to thank Camila and Cesar at the front desk for their professional and friendly service. The entire staff helped to make my stay a very pleasant and comfortable experience. I plan to book this hotel again in the Spring.

First they put us on the bottom floor. The room looked nothing like the photos, smelled of stale cigarettes, and had sheer curtains where we could see people walking by on the sidewalk. By request the moved us up a floor. Rooms look absolutely nothing as advertised. They charge a resort fee and this is not a resort. I called and they refused to even give a partial refund. The room is fine if I was looking for a cheap hotel but I paid over $200 for the night.

I loved stayingvatbthis property. It was clean and check-in was simple. The hotel has beach access and a pool. My wine was great (expedia silver member perk) and camebwith a wine cork and a note. I was impressed with how many food optiins there was. The property is even close to the botanical gardens. Overall, Id stay again. The only complaint i have is that the carpet needs to be changed and walls are thin. I could hearmy neighbors conversations and t.v.

Cosy hotel
The hotel staff was lovely. The location of the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Lincoln Road and a five minute walk to the beach and you get two free deck chairs within your stay. The room itself was lovely and spacious, but we did pay for extra large room Which was generally clean and quite clean throughout the stay. The downside to this hotel is you can’t control your own Aircon or heating. It is controlled by the main system so at night the room is freezing and you can’t turn off the Aircon and on the heating so cold nights if it was , our three-year-old shivering. there are basic channels, a lot of the other hotels have premium channels, there is no kettle only coffee maker so it’s a bit hard when you’re making baby bottles. There is no hot water in the shower, It is tepid because apparently nobody in Miami has hot showers.

There aren’t really many amenities. The $45 daily resort fee just seems like a scam, it doesn’t go towards meals or anything. Pool access? Laughable. Parking is $40/night. There is no smart tv’s in the rooms. No microwaves on the entire property. Eh…. But it was very clean.

The staff was professional, and friendly. The room is nice. However, I DID NOT appreciate of the gifts that were sent for me by Expedia to my room were addressed to MR. AZIM. I booked through Expedia and my profile CLEARLY says that I am a Female. By the way my husband doesn’t even have an Expedia account and I have been using Expedia for years. I believe that the assumption is that the male is the one that typically is responsible for booking and paying for accommodations, this is MOST CERTAINLY NOT always the case. This out of date and antiquated mindset MUST be reconsidered. I must say I’m a little disappointed.

Less than 10min walk to the beach and food. CVS on the corner. Overall great location, friendly staff. I was only here for the night so didn’t have a chance to check our pool and other amenities.

I stayed here for about 3 nights in late January 2023. They first had us on the ground floor right next to their boardroom. At all times of the day, people were having loud meetings a few feet away from my room. Near my window was a sidewalk where other people were constantly walking and being loud. It was impossible to get any sleep here. I asked for my room to be changed and they gave me a hard time about it, but after some unnecessary arguing they agreed to relocate me to a different room. Everything else was alright. The location is fine but a fairly long walk or a short Uber ride away to the busy areas near South Beach.
