The first thing I’ll start with is that I originally book for Oceanside suites the one with the pool when I arrived they had put me in seaside suites. Pictures look nothing like the rooms.. the floor was so dirty my feet would get dirty just walking around the room even after I had showered.. I had to wear my shoes around the room… The staff refused to give me extra toilet paper on a 5 day stay. The one I started with was half a roll. The sheets were stained with yellow and pink stains. Had a weird smell in the room. Also the staff spoke to me very disrespectfully when I had questions or concerns. & for The neighborhood I only was walking to my car parked on the street over and was followed until I pulled my phone out to “record” them.

I stayed here twice. Stay 1: 2 nights - building behind main location. This is Florida. It's tropical. Mold grows if things are left damp. I am sympathetic. THIS was not that. I could LITERALLY barely breathe in this room because of the overwhelming amount of mold. It was EVERYWHERE, covering every surface. The entire floor, the walls, & the ceiling & you can't open any windows. I asked the front desk if another room was available. No dice. I asked for some bleach to clean it myself. No bleach, but they would send housekeeping 'round in the morning. Couldn't wait until morning so I bought bleach, some sponges, & some other cleaning supplies & spent hours cleaning. Still smelled like mold, but minimally. Housekeeping did come in the morning, but I didn't need them at that point. I never asked for any refund of any kind. Stay 2: 2 nights - main building. This room had a normal level of mold for FL, but had several other issues. No garbage can in the kitchen. Freezer was literally so full of ice crystals that I couldn't close it. I chipped those off, closed the freezer & then the refrigerator wasn't cold, ruining food I just bought & leaving a pool of water on the floor. The worst part BY FAR: the shower. Not exaggerating AT ALL when I say that every 30 seconds, the shower went from either SCALDING to FREEZING or the other way around for the ENTIRE shower. It was AWFUL & not a fluke - happened both days. Also, No handles on the faucets in either kitchen!!! Terrible.

Property was nothing like the pictures. Bars on windows/entrance. No communication tried calling no response. Sent messages no response from hotel or Expedia. Once booked found out it was 4 random properties homeless people outside. Got to property and it did t look safe ended up having to stay at another hotel. Still no response sw from hotel or Expedia.
