“Why is air conditioner always on?”

Great hotel, but I never understand why some hotel roooms keep sending freezing air in the room when this is turned off. It is as if the common air channel connecting rooms affects those where it is not required. Nice stay but I was freezing cold and changed my stay because of this. At reception they informed there was no way to avoid this.

“No water”

Not enough employees, too long of a wait for food and drinks from the bar and restaurant, lobby men's restroom was filthy, unclean, when I informed the front desk, it was several hours before they got to to it, then when they did it, it was just a quick pick up, sinks, toilets and urinals were all still dirty. There was no water pressure, barely was able to shower under a dribble of water from the shower head. Overall, very unsatisfied with this hotel and I would not recommend to anyone.

“Good per one night”

For me this hotel has a terrible ubication, it is in front at the airport, nothing near. For some reason that I didn't' know , never appears in the GPS, well you get lose easily...if you rent o get a car you must pay to parking14 o16 dollar per night. All valet people are very nice and friendly, the same is the people on the bar (I can say the same o all people on the desk). Be careful don't use the phone for a international call cost 15$ per minute not use 800 number either is the same thing. And The breakfast is not included, then just coffee in your room. If you want to take a breakfast you can get at 2-3 miles near a little cafeteria next to Win Dixi... I got dinner the first night ( I have not other choice) That is regular and expensive, they charge 15 per cent because You can get sick with that food, I did not know what was exactly, something like insurence o medical expenses, sounds like a good excuse. In resumen you pay more for it too. I think is a excellent choice if you need hotel to sleep just a night to leaves at the airport next day, it has shuttle service from the airport but for me was slow the first night. I waited almost 45 minutes. but I were for shopping...terrible choice. If you wants stay in miami for shopping i not a good choice that was my experience. I hope you had better choice than me.

Area recommendations

In my opinion is better , get a place near a comercial zone like miami downtom, South beach.
