“A Real Find for My Getaway”

The service was excellent, all around. From check-in desk, to the pool, to a most friendly staff, to the service at the beach. It was very clean and they were always asking how I was enjoying the stay. Loved all of the accessories they provided in the room from lotions to soaps, to general needs. The pools were beautiful, the bar area just right, gym well equipped, and the entire staff responsive to any request. Finally, the restaurant, Cecconi's was a perfect match for this great hotel. Great food, great service and very friendly. Ate there often, for breakfast & dinner.

“Beautiful, different, intimate & wonderful service”

Wonderful staff and wonderful facility. The hotel is a boutique hotel with about fifty rooms, great food, beautifully decorated rooms and a great vibe. It is located directly on the beach within a couple of miles of South Beach. My only 'negative' observation was that the pool area is a bit small with chaise lounges arranged one immediately next to the other. Personally didn't mind but for those guests who are accustomed to large wide open pool areas or multiple pools with a lot of poolside facilities, this property might not be quite right. Otherwise, all was great.

“Amazing!”

The hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to experience some of the South Beach "scene" but would rather avoid the chaos of Ocean Drive. Impressive service at the restaurants, poolside, bar, spa, and on the beach - you never have to leave! The crowd is young (average age of guests and club members seemed to be around 35-40) and fun. I highly recommend checking out the bar and spa.

“It was okay”

The food, drinks, and spa are all overpriced for what you get. The beach was a bit crowded, but the hotel itself it nice and quiet in a little corner.
