The hotel is very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful with information. Anil was great with checking in process! Sole is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants in the area. Overlooks ocean and intercostals. We were there for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel's amenities are good, with steam room, sauna, gym and gourmet restaurant ( BALEENkitchen) and easily assessable beach. While its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service garner praise, I would like to give a special thank to Juan Carlos, the manager! He made sure we would have the best time and upgraded our room! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat, location,and great service!!!!

Traveling with small kid. Everything was clean . My kid loves pool, so we spend the whole time there. Stuff is nice and friendly. Night bonfire by the ocean, cool for relaxing. Will come back again

This was our first time at Sole hotel, but we have stayed in sunny aisle many times before. Location is amazing right across the street there a lot of restaurants and shops. Facility of the beach was very nice. And the pool was actually is not as small as it looks on the picture. Room was renovated nice balcony. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay with my partner! The staff was attentive and courteous, the room was clean and kept that way for the duration of our stay. Even the room service was good, to my surprise. I would absolutely return to Solé for another vacation.

This is a review based off my first experience in Miami/Sunny Isles. That being said, I had an amazing view of the ocean. Being right there on the beach was amazing. It is north of Miami Beach, so if you’re looking for that, it might not be quite what you expect. Not much nightlife close by (walking distance). The restaurant inside is okay. Overpriced, for average food in my opinion. However, the friendliness of the staff was very much appreciated! As far as the accommodations, I didn’t venture too much into it. They are a resort with “all inclusive”. But based off what I got, seemed like all services were available, but you’re paying for it on top of the stay. Just be mindful when you book. My guess is I didn’t actually get an all inclusive stay. So it made it a little bit of a downer with some of the additional expenses. That being said, I would go back! Great staff! Great view. I’m sure there’s better, but this was an amazing experience for me all in all.

I like the staff, excellent and kind. I did not like to pay for my amazon divery. It shouldn’t be that I paid so much for the room and service and I am charged for extra package from Amazon. A little outdated. The water in the shower and sink would not drain. When pooled you could see it was a little green which was unpleasant. Half of the front desk staff was great. The other half should not be in customer service. Room service would hang up to avoid placing an order over the phone instead of through their app which was missing items on the menu. Check out is at 11am, but the cleaning team entered or tried to enter 3 times between 10am and 10:45am. Valet had too many cars at points to accept new cars.

The hotel is updated and very clean. The staff was very nice. We had an issue with our room and they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The room was always cleaned while we were out and whenever we needed extra towels they were delivered immediately.
