Even after knowing how bad their continental breakfast was (pictured except for the 6oz poured Sunny D) we decided to eat at the restaurant considering we were staying there and there was a sign stating there was a 20% discount for hotel guests. Prior to asking for the bill we reminded our server we were guests and she told us the manager had just ended the promotion, at 11:17, on a Tuesday. There was no contrition, explanation, or reason given for the arbitrary decision. Like most poor customer service interactions in Miami: I should've known what to expect.
