Nice Hotel

Our stay was very nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with all our questions. Two concerns: Although they had a small cafe and the food was good, they had no food service. Also the mattress for the sofa bed was horrible. Everything else was great.

Great Hotel

Pros: convenient to port of Miami. Spacious rooms and the food was A+.
Cons: Cleaning could improve. Garbage not taken out had trash from previous occupants.
Very nice hotel with nice rooms, great food and secure garage parking. 5 minutes to port of Miami.

Pros: staff and everything else about this property was great.....just need to move it to a safer location

bad location....did not feel safe when you drove up.

Overpriced

Pros: The rooms were clean, but nothing fancy.
Cons: When you advertise free transport, it should be free.
Location: The hotel is very close to both the airport and the cruise ship port.
Free transport from airport and to cruise terminal were advertised, but we were charged to go to the cruise terminal.

Great for a stopover night

There was a shuttle from the airport and was supposed to be a shuttle to the Port of Miami. (The shuttle to the port of Miami ended up being a bus that you had to pay extra for) so we just took a taxi which was more convenient and less expensive for a group of 3. The hotel shuttle driver took us to the grocery store the morning before we left for our cruise which was so very helpful. The staff at the hotel were very nice and more than willing to help out with making change, vorrowing supplies to staple/tape luggage tags before the cruise, etc. Would stay here again for sure!

Overbooking common place

They oversold, so when we got in tired from our flight they informed us that our pre-booked room was not available, and had us take a cab across town. Then the next day we had to pack back up and take another cab back to the hotel. Apparently they do this frequently, the cabbie said this is common for them. Completely rude and unprofessional. If I pay for a room I would expect it to be held.

Overall great staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good food and drinks and relaxing pool:) Great memories and walking distance to American Airlines Arena.

Overall it was a 3.5. The room was clean, the car was safe. The staff was not very helpful, friendly, or tolerant. Breakfast ran out before the time it stated, and attempts to reach the front desk in a difficult situation were sent to voice mail. We did get a free one-way shuttle to the arena which was nice.
