“One of the hottest joints on Southbeach”

My wife and I decide to headed down for my birthday to SouthbeachMy. Well she's never been and was a little worried about my selection. So I picked The Angler. And boy was it agreat pick. Two streets away from the beach. One street over from The Big Pink (mmmmm mmmmm). I also had friends at the Hilton who came over and were totally amazed. And did I forget the great costumer service at the front desk was the best. So yes we will be back!!!!!!!!

“Quiet Oasis”

“Beautiful boutique hotel!”

This was our first time to Miami (South Beach) and our stay at the Angler's was wonderful. From the time we got out of our taxi and walked up the steps to the front door until when we left, the service was topnotch! Everyone was so pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. I think it's one of the nicest rooms we've ever been in and we have travelled alot. The location was great, 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores. “very pleasantly surprised”

On arrival to this lovely hotel we were greeted on the pavement as soon as we stepped out of the taxi and shown to our 'pool side town house'. This was a lovely unexpected surprise as my wife and I had booked a regular double room only to be told we had received an upgrade! I have no idea what the reason was but I certainly wasn't about to argue. The rooms were immaculate as was the service. No complaints at all. An excellent hotel.

“GREAT FIND!”

This hotel was a great value for the deal we got on Expedia. It's only 2 short blocks from the beach..... and all the noise. Friendly staff, very accomodating and they made you feel as though you were in a home away from home. Fresh towels and amenities were refreshed throughout the day. Their restaurant has great food. Highly recommended for dinner! The sound system in the rooms helped get the party started and we loved that. On the flipside, the hotel is very quiet at night and we slept well in the comfortable beds. Don't forget that you're still in Miami, be mindful on the streets. There were some homeless people on the corners and shifty characters. But you'll find that everywhere.... just be careful. Overall, this is a great hotel and I'd stay there again.

“Exceeded all our expectations”

Arrived at the hotel to spend one night before taking cruise out of Miami the next day. We knew the hotel had great reviews but it still exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a wonderful way to start our holiday when the barmaid suggested having lemonade with fresh squeezed strawberries as we sat outside listening to the fountains in the courtyard surrounded by greenery and began to relax. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and have a very calming effect with small personalised cards welcoming you to the hotel. The next day we had breakfast at Puerto Sagua a little cuban cafe around the corner. Sat up to the bar we had fresh squeezed orange juice, strong coffee and cuban pastries. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again. A little gem.

“Romantic stay”

The Angler's is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful, the food at the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced, and the location was fabulous: 2 blocks away from Ocean Drive, so we were close to the action, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when we needed it. The hotel also had just the right outdoor sitting area -- under the stars and palm trees -- to propose to my girlfriend. I don't think either of us will forget that.

Ocean Drive and the surrounding area. Great people watching and window shopping.
