Ottimo albergo, ottimo servizio.Posted Jun 17, 2015
Anche la posizione è buona, unico problema: stanno ampliando la struttura e quindi durante il giorno i lavori edili sono assai disturbanti, consiglierei di aspettare un po' a soggiornarci

Horrible StaffPosted Jun 16, 2015
My experience wasn't great at all when I first arrived to the hotel I wasn't greeted properly by Darina very rude in a sarcastic tone as I didn't belong there I felt very awkward and had to let her know I was checking in then I was greeted in a nice way but I already felt offend. When going to my room I had a staff member Angelo take my bags to my room and out of courtesy I tipped him $20 and asked for ice and he said he would be back and I never saw his face again through out my stay. My check out experience was horrible when checking out Michael which is apparently a manager or think he is a superior is very HORRIBLE with customer service. I actually have been working in customer service for almost 7 years of my life and his professionalism really does suck in communicating I got no warnings or anything I was just told I had to pay a fine for deep cleaning and that was it. There was no ifs or buts. My room did not smell like smoke when I checked out but they said sorry I can't do nothing in a very rude tone. I honestly would recommend the place because it's nice and close to everything but the staff is VERY HORRIBLE there customer service skills suck. There no communication nothing and calling for ice or extra towels will never happen because they will never deliver anything to you if you don't go out of your way to go get one.

Sehr schöner Start in unseren Floridaurlaub. Netter Empfang. Super Lage. Leider ist das Parken recht teuer.

This hotel made our stay in Miami that much better. The staff were awesome and so accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The only slight downfall was noise from nearby construction-which they can't help. There is no question we will come here again!

Disappointed with some aspectsPosted Jun 5, 2015
I was disappointed that the hot tub....a feature of the room I booked was only partially working...with only 1 seat for the 8 functional....the offer of a bottle of wine to make up for it wasn't that helpful.... The maid did not come to make up the room until 5pm which was too late to be any use. Staff were friendly and helpful

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Customer service was the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Brunch at the hotel was awesome! Hotel location was great...close enough to the beach to walk (about 2 blocks) yet far enough to avoid the noise. Plenty of places to shop within walking distance.

Perfect place for south beach..Posted May 29, 2015
Everything was perfect here... And here's some tips for first timer for south beach... U don't need rent a car because of hotel location...u can walk to the mall and beach and nice restaurant in a min... We went to the Marlins stadium using cab it only take 25 dollars to there... And if u wanna go keywest so u need a car Then there's rent car place so u can only rent a car for a day..we actually stayed 3 nights and paid 180 dollars for parking..so Think about it.... Every staff was extremely kind and helpful So I recommend everyone stay here.... and one more tip... buy some beer or water outside...That's all

Wonderful and RelaxingPosted May 14, 2015
Pros: Quiet and cozy with an upscale relaxed feel.
Cons: Jacuzzi's need to be updated
Location: easy walk to South Beach and several great restaurants.
My wife and I stayed here recently for our anniversary and for some business. We stayed in the Manor Villa with the private jacuzzi. We loved how close we were to everything but we still felt a bit secluded and private. The only thing I would suggest is that the jacuzzi's probably need to be updated or serviced as some of the jets did not work properly. The staff and level of customer service from the time we arrived until the time we left was spectacular however. Brian the valet goes above and beyond in his work and is a huge asset to the property.
