“Miami best deal”

A real apartment fully furnished . Clean , large space. I felt like home Nice location At heart of brickell.

“Not impressed, at all”

I am not able to give an accurate review of the hotel, as I have yet to check-in at the hotel. There is supposedly only 1 person that deals with leased rooms that are assigned for rental, and that was person was not there when i arrived. I kept asking the front desk for him, but no one knew where they was. I called the cell phone provided in case they were not in the office and got no answer and no call back up until now. Therefore after 2 hours of waiting, i left and checked into another hotel.

“Great location, but bring your own towels, toilet paper, and don't be late”

First, please realize that this is not a hotel, it's a residential condo building which is renting out a few rooms. Don't arrive late at night, there will be no one there to greet you. Also, when you check in, go ahead and ask for toilet paper and towels. Our room did not have towels and barely had a bar of soap. We asked two different people for towels. We asked a total of four times. NO TOWELS. We ran out of toilet paper after using the partial roll which was provided in the room. There is no room service or front desk. You're paying for location, and literally nothing else.

“Nice break from a hotel”

I love staying in nice hotels, and even though it was not a hotel with maid service, it was in a great location, it was nice having a refrigerator to store food and drinks and the bed was so comfortable.

“Past glory at today's pricing~!”

A disappointment was that the jacuzzi did not work. The jets did activate but the water temperature did not go up. The pool was too cold to venture in as well. As for the room, it was more than comfortable, though evidence of wear and tear was more than obvious.

“DISGUSTING!”

I cant speak for all the rooms but ours was filthy. We found pills on the floor - dirt on the walls and bed. the shower had broken fixtures and hair in the bath. Paint was applied to cover dirt. There was also mold. This place was filthy! I wouldnt let our family cats stay in this place.

“It Is What It Is”

It helped that I had read other's reviews of this "hotel" and had some idea what to expect. It was good for a night, nice neighborhood--Miami's financial district-- and there were restaurants and delis within a five block radius. If I had wanted to prepare meals there was a fully equipped kitchen--not used for a one night stay. Missed some of the amenities of "real" hotels such as coffee packets for the pot and washrags. All in all, a decent place to stay for a day or two. We'd stayy here again as the price was right.

“Bad start to cruise”

The only positive to this place was it had a room available. There was no cover on the bathroom fan. The blinds were shredded. There was lipstick left on one of the two glasses in the room. The cable TV has only the most basic channels--no ESPN. The bed was uncomfortable. Overall it looked as if the furniture had been purchased at a second hand shop. When we looked for the manager to complain, he was not there. In fact only the condo door man was around. I have never written a bad review about a hotel before but in my opinion this place was so bad I feel compelled to do so.
