“NICE”

WHEN I CHECKED IN I GOT THE FEEL OF A PRIVATE CLUB . VERY NICE STAFF VERY HELPFUL PRIVATE PARKING SECURE GREAT ROOMS AMAZING VIEWS .. MADE ME REMEBER WHY I MOVED TO MIAMI ... VERY QUIET FELT LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.. WE WERE UPGRADED TO A BIGGER ROOM . AND EVERYTHING IS NEAR BY BAYSIDE GREAT NIGHTLIFE JUST BLOCKS AWAY AND CLUBS AND RESTAURANTS.. I WILL BE BACK.

“"Can't wait to go back",”

I waiting for the a long weekend to travel or some time off from work so i could finished my sight seeing that i have miss in the years ,meaning I HAVE NOT SEEN IT ALL....

“Miami nice”

The apartment was exquisite, although the neighborhood was a bit sterile. Great value for a long term stay. As a short-term guest with no car, I would have found it helpful to have some info to orient myself with the surrounding neighborhood.

“Home away from home”

I read some not so great reviews before I came and felt un easy, after I arrive 5 hours earlier than able to check in the manager made every effort to accommodate us and helped us enjoy a great vacation. The room was clean and fully furnished as advertised. Do t get me wrong it's not a "hotel" but when I come back to Miami I'll def be back there in a hurry.

“Miami best deal”

A real apartment fully furnished . Clean , large space. I felt like home Nice location At heart of brickell.

Basic studio-type room was clean and adequate for a reasonable price..

“Nice break from a hotel”

I love staying in nice hotels, and even though it was not a hotel with maid service, it was in a great location, it was nice having a refrigerator to store food and drinks and the bed was so comfortable.

“I'll be going back for Memorial Day”

I stayed at this hotel for carnival weekend. I stayed in a two bedroom. The rooms were very big and spacious, it had everything in the kitchen including a washer, dryer and dishwasher that worked. You could see the water from the balcolny. It was a nice view. There were two pools and a spa pool. The fitness center was spacious. It's the perfect place to stay to make yourself feel at home. The only complaint I had is that the staff checking in and out wasn't to friendly. They seemed pretty reluctant sometimes, but overall I had a great time. The supermarket, trainstations, and fast food places are within walking distance.

“Condo/hotel”

Some units of the condo building were converted into hotel rooms. It's clean, less expensive than regular hotels and has the basic amenities like pools, sundeck, etc.... however don't expect room service or have your bed made and the room clean every morning during your stay. Overall, I'd recommend.
