Pros: Beautiful ocean front view.
It took 30 minutes just to check in. It took 3 calls (4 hours!) for housekeeping to get towels.

disappointed

Pros: closness to the beach
i loved the convenience of the beach so close, wonderful and the security, but was disappointed that when we got to our room, there were no wash cloths, only hand towels and bath towels and the toilet was backing up

Horrible, dirty, smells. Hallways have cigarette ashes all over. Shower has no door. Staff only speak Spanish, haloooo we are in America

VERY OLD

Cons: DONT KNOW
Location: NICE BEACH
EVERYTHING IS OLD AND VERY NOISI, THEY HAD A WEDDING AND THE PEOPLE WERE SHOUTING OUTISDE MY ROOM, THE PHONE DIDNT WORK ETC.

Pros: Balcony, Beach chairs, Gym
Cons: Asked to replace coffee machine , but never showed up. Drinks at pool are very expensive $18.00 for a Pina Colada
Location: Good Location Publix and Wallgreen and a variety of restaurants nearby
Nice Balcony room on the ocean, great GYm, clean pool. Pool Bar was under repair

Close to the beach

My check in took about an hour. Tired from our delayed flight...all I wanted was a bed. Staff was slow. Tiki bar way too expensive...can't understand why they have a separate company for the beach for chairs & umbrellas. Fee for umbrella a day $20. I wish the Tiki bar was opened @ night. Room service was the only thing that was quick.

Dirty curtains ,bed skirt, bathroom. Smelled like moths balls. Waited over an HR for deposit back got kicked out at 9am by room service check out is 11:00

Wouldn't return

Pros: Access to public transportation and accessible to south beach.
Cons: Pay attention to details hotel had potential but was seriously lacking ambiance throughout.
I rather pay the difference for a four star hotel, lesson learned. If on a budget with no expectations then go for it!

Pictures are deceiving

I had a cleaning staff come into my room even though I had the sign on my door not to enter. We got a balcony but what good does that do, it's pitch black n no where to plug in a light.

Awesome. Hotel was clean, service everywhere was fantastic. There were tons of security and people cleaning at all times. The ONLY problem was that we were not allowed to take coolers into the hotel. I found this a bit ridiculous and had to transfer everything from my cooler to a plastic bag.
