Very nice staff, rooms were ready early. Pretty resort and location. Just not the cleanest hotel. Bathroom floors were not mopped, and there was dust/dirt in the corners of the floor. If the cleanliness picks up it'd get a better score.

Pros: Drinks and Breakfast buffett
Cons: Staff and enthusiasm to help guests. Rooms updated and cleaned.
Location: Loved pizza restaurant across the street. Great Food & service.
Very dissatisfied with hotel, accommodations & cleanliness. Arrived late or probably would have left. Our room had a bug on the wall and several on the carpet. We had only a sheet on our bed and it was our understanding that we had a mini refrig but didn't have one. Husband went to front desk and asked them to clean our room properly the next morning. He wouldn't take off his socks because carpet looked filthy. Room was "cleaned", but husband went back down because the dead bugs were still on the carpet and on wall. Felt like everyone wanted to be tipped for everything. Restaurant & Tiki Bar staff (Andres) were fabulous!!! Food and drinks were great awesome!

Rather nice hotel, the pool was very dirty though. Good price for a mid week stay. TV barely worked, was very fuzzy, but hotel staff were wonderful. I would recommend staying here.

Pros: cleanliness, location, quick check in.
Cons: washroom- no counter space; closets too small, not enough hangers.
excellent experience. A little crowded at main entrance and lobby( Tae Kwondo Tournament). Overall very satisfying.

Complete rip-off experience

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Upfront pricing, so that mandatory resort fee is not charged regardless of use, and customer can get a sense that this an overpriced fatiscent place.
Location: There are a couple of restaurants going north in a strip-mall, but, nothing out of the ordinary
Nothing is good about this hotel, except the posh and luxuriously looking lobby. The *mandatory* resort fee of $20 is a misnomer to get a low price on Expedia, and still make money on the tourist. Even if they have bracelet to let guest in the pool area, you cannot opt-off. Parking is an external and independent parking establishment, at $30/day charged separately. Personnel can barely speak English (Spanish would be their native tongue), and, they forget to change towels 3 out of 6 days. Floors are noisy, with customer running and screaming in the wee hors of the night. Room has a renovation touch with the new bed heads in white leather, but, other than that, they have bathrooms from the 80's (the mirror may be from the 60's), dirty walls, dirty hallways

Not a good vacation experience

First night, we got into the hotel and we have to be moved to another room because we find the .cplace filty, disgusting and in top off everything tdihat the a.c. and heater unit did not work at all, one off the valet parking staff told me that the hotel were under restoration, basically some floors , if that was the situation , why they were using those rooms UNFINISHED, that it is a total disrespect to the public and the guests.I and my wife will never goes back to that hotel and I won`t recommend to nobody to vacation or neither stay for a trip business at "The Deauville" hotel. Mr Ruben Casares a worker at the hospitality business in Las Vegas, N.V. at "The Venetian/ Palazzo Hotel Resort and Casino".

Check in is too late & check out is too early . This was far from the main strip .
