Noisy hotel in noisy South BeachPosted Nov 28, 2013
Pros: Location. Roof terrace. Rooftop pool. Spacious apart-hotel. Use internet from Ocean 530 bar.
Cons: Slow internet.
Superb spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment in faded building in brilliant location on Ocean Drive overlooking ocean and oceanside park (ie in South Beach Central). Live music (quite good, mostly) until 1am in groundfloor bar/restaurant. Road and street noise, particulary Sat night/Sun morning until 5am. Four beds but only three ding chairs. Limited plates and utensils for self-catering.

Great locationPosted Nov 13, 2013
Rooms r big, no carpet, right on the beach, clean just enough for u to stay without cleaning around, view is extremely partial but u could enjoy the great view at roof top pool. Great place for the money they ask.

Excellent mini-vaca on South BeschPosted Nov 9, 2013
Pros: Location. Roof top pool. VERY clean. Beach towels were terrific!
Cons: Robes in the rooms would be nice. But, this is small.
The location can not be beat if you enjoy touristing on South Beach. Many of the night clubs have moved up the beach a little, but taxi's are inexpensive. The main hub of activity is still in this area, and the hotel was terrific. The staff was great, and the accommodations very nice. We stayed in an ocean front suite on the 5th floor, and it was very spacious and comfortable. Now, this is not a five-star hotel - nor does it claim to be. So, if you are looking for luxury, the Four Seasons is about a mile away. However, if you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a great location to enjoy the sites and sounds of Ocean Drive, then you have could not have picked a better place. Staff was terrific. Fernando is awesome. I traveled with friends and my four year old daughter. Family friendly.

Our standards were too high.Posted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Very spacious
Cons: Friendlier staff, and better housekeeping staff.
Location: The location and room size may be the only reason this hotel is still in business. South Beach, shopping areas and restaurants are all nearby.
We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am (which was early) because we had just returned from a Caribbean cruise. Knowing that check-in wasn't until 3 pm we decided to catch a movie to kill time. Upon arrival we noticed that the hotel lobby had a terrible mold odor, which you can also smell throughout the hotel (the smell gets milder the higher up you go). We decided to check out the roof top pool before going to the movies and became more disappointed with our hotel choice. There were about a dozen of beer cans and bottles laying around, old food and garbage on the floor and evidence that the roof top hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in weeks. Our 4th floor suite had new appliances (refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher) and poor lighting. The water pressure in the shower was so weak that we had to spend an extra 20 minutes in the shower just to rinse off the soap. The housekeeping staff seemed to do the bare minimum because our suite had dust that was visual to the eye. Whenever we needed assistance we had to physically go downstairs to the front desk because no one would answer the phone. Bottom Line, if you are looking for a place to crash after a night of partying this place is great for a night or two. If you don't mind spending a little extra more, I would advise looking into a hotel further north. If you are looking for something a little more upscale try the "Grand Beach Hotel"

Hotel rooms are great and in front of the beachPosted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: The rooms and the location
Cons: Add a kitchen stove and a noticeable hotel entrance / better looking lobby
Location: Beach right in front... Have all the restaurants and bars on the strip of hotel

Close to everything but okay hotelPosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was in a great location but our room had no airconditioning. My boyfriend and I slept on the couch in the living room area.

DelightfulPosted Jul 23, 2013
Pros: The wife and I always try to save a few bucks by renting a suite with a kitchen for a few meals as Miami is quite pricey.this suite was roomy
Cons: The only thing that can be improved is maybe having a set of pots and pans around.
Location: Right on the strip near all the staples of South Beach.
The only reason hotel condition got a 3 is because they are under construction...the hotel was a delight to stay at.
