“Perfect spot!”

We picked this hotel because of the location and price. For myself and my husband, it was perfect! Nice clean room, right size, staff was helpful and friendly.

“Pretty good”

The hotel does not have parking so we had to find our own ways to park the car. They automatically charge you $11 "resort fee" which includes your complimentary coffee/tea/water service in the room. I liked the room - if it's a group of people they can all fit in the room. We had 2 Queen size beds in the room, location is great, service was all right - it's Miami anyway, forget about the service. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the humidity in the room. Even after a fully turned on AC there was some type of smell in the room. Other than that - I'd stay there again

“Would stay here again!!!”

Me and my hubby loved this hotel!!! We stayed in the Davis building. The room is small but nice. Bed was comfortable and you can adjust the air conditioner to what you like. You do not need a car at this hotel, it is within walking distance to everything. No outside noise here unlike our friends that stayed on Ocean Dr. Overall, GREAT experience at this hotel!!!

“would stay again.”

this hotel although was not right on the beach, it is 2 blocks away. The hotel has 4 small separate buildings. The pool and courtyard grounds are clean and very pretty. The staff was the best I have experienced so far in South Beach as I go often for work. The restaurant is also an historical landmark , the "Coral House" at the time I was there it only served breakfast which was very good and great service.

“Comfortable for Students”

Although I do wish that house keeping would have came sooner other than that I didn't have a problem at all with the room. And the room was a bit small bug we made the best of it.

“Ok Hotel Close to the Action”

Hotel Staff was EXCELLENT. Hotel was OK definitely 3 star. We were happy with the Upgrade to a larger room that was offered since our room size wasn't available & was allowed a early checkin!! Hotel is located in the Heart of South Beach

“Nice hotel in an excellent location in South Beach”

Very nice hotel, located in an excellent location of Miami South Beach (2 blocks from the Beach, 2 blocks from Bars/Restaurants and 1 block from The Mansion - great club), the rooms are really comfortable and clean. I recommend it if you want to spend a weekend in Miami.

“good location”

the interior of the hotel and the room was a lot better than we expected. the room was very clean and the bathroom was clean besides the dirty water smell that came from the sink. the only part that sucked was they gave us "free" breakfast vouchers and then at the end made us pay $25 for them even though we never used them! the best part was it was walking distance to south beach, lincoln road, collins ave, and a quick cab ride away from the hottest miami clubs :)

“Clean hotel, close to beach and restaurants”

Very clean and accommodating. Close to beach and shopping stores. For short stay, highly recommended if you want to stay close to the beach.
