Property is in an amazing location, in the heart of everything but at the same time slightly off the strip so it’s easy to sleep and access everything! The elevator is VERY slow as well as service, but I guess that’s Miami!

Wasn't notified when our room was ready as they stated they would since we arrived early. The manager did send champagne to our room as an inconvenience. I appreciate that they do hold your bags for you so you can explore the area without dragging luggage along. Parking is in a parking garage about 1 block away for $20 a day. Overall, had great stay, bed was comfy. Waterfall shower head a major plus.

Very nice safe place to stay. Nice rooms, loved the pool. It was very loud outside and around the hotel but walkable to the beach.

The property overall is a historic property and is very beautiful. Well kept safe beautiful outside areas rooftop pool and bar overlooking the ocean. Just fabulous. Our room on the third floor was plain no ventilation in the bathroom no safety Barr getting in the shower which you had to climb over the tub to get into the shower. They were not separate that I would change. The mattresses are very firm so if you like something softer, it’s a little bit uncomfortable, I would choose next time to have one of the remodeled bathrooms and hotel rooms that they have. They do have security measures it safe, and a very beautiful place.

This was such a nice hotel!! The rooftop pool and bar were so nice. Parking was my only complaint because they had no available 28.00 a night so we had to valet for 45.00 but honestly this hotel was so nice it didn't matter.

The Tony is terrific in every way, except the entrance to the Ocean Drive section of the hotel has limited security and no one staffs the reception desk.

Our bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. I found hair and used tissue on the floor. Other than that, Rudy was the best. He helped us do well with accompanying us to our rooms, helped my parents. We enjoyed our bedding and the city had a curfews which was nice so had good nights sleep. The receptionist was very sweet and helped us with parking. There’s 1 thing though about the pool. It discolored our bathing suit (and we’ve never had that before anywhere else).

We were put in the suite on the 3rd floor. Very nice room in a historic art deco hotel. Roof top pool area was quite nice with a heated pool and eating area and great view. Close to South Beach and many great restaurants at night. Breakfast garden patio was also very nice.

This hotel is a gem. The location is fantastic just steps from the beach and strip. Endless restaurants and shopping surround it that are all walkable. The pool area on the roof is amazing. Gorgeous. I would definitely come back. Great value. The rooms are small and nothing fancy, but are ideal to have a comfortable place to sleep and shower. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

It was ok for one night. Location is good. Staff was ok but seemed like they could use more people. Rooms were dated and could have been cleaned better. Lots of grime in the bathroom and some of the furniture felt sticky. Food in the restaurant was convenient bit not very good. Jus average.

Location and staff were great. A few of the fixtures and some of the tile floor in the bathroom were starting to fall apart, but nothing that impacted our stay.

The property is old. The room I was given had old everything. There was a fabric covered bench that sat before the window that had white stains drops on it and the fabric looked well over a decade old and was worn down. The shower didn’t work fully just the over head part. The floors and walls were stained and we had to ask for room twice

I had an amazing stay at this Hotel. Jorge and Anthony were extremely helpful. Anthony helped me with good parking options and showed a lot of care in ensuring car was in good spot. He even helped with my load to the room. This guy is a genuine worker and is the epitome of Hospitality any hotel staffing should have. Promote him!
