The Mutiny Hotel

The room was satisfactory, we had a unit with a washer and dryer, which was very good -- however, there was no laundry detergent made available. The hot water faucet in the bathroom did not work, the tile in the bathroom was old and worn and in need of update. The kitchen has no dish towels, so we had to use bathroom towels, we could have used some salt and pepper, even perhaps a small bottle of cooking oil (we have stayed in numerous condos that have a bountiful array of spices and cooking essentials that we, as guests, all leave behind -- given that there is a restaurant on site, it would have been easy to place some basic items in the kitchen). The throw pillows on the bed were worn and smelled musty and dirty, the bedding had seen better days -- the bed ruffle was oversized and dragging on the floor. However, the staff was generally rude, that was our biggest disappointment.

dont stay in rooms that face the front on lower floors because it will make sleeping at night a problem, youll hear every vehicle coming in and out and the music that plays in front of the hotel even with the loud a/c system on.

Very well located, apartment kind of environment. The pool is small, with a 24h gym just a few feet away.

Terribly overpriced. You will pay an additional 10 bucks per night for Wifi access and 25 dollars per day for mandatory Valet parking. An over priced menu and lousy staff.

Absolutely lovely boutique condo hotel in a beautiful area of miami facing Biscayne Bay and within walking distance to many conveniences, parks, restaurants, theatres, stores, etc.

I had a mixed experience, some very good things and some not so good. The suite was perfect size for us traveling with a toddler so he could nap and sleep in a separate room. Bed was comfortable. Nice small kitchen with laundry. Set up like 1 BR condo. The upkeep was OK: the room was clean and nice, however, there were unsightly loose wires hanging from behind the TV and a broken ice machine in the freezer. Parking was $25/ day extra. Pay parking is typical for Miami it seems. I was not happy with our initial greeting by doorman, he basically ignored us and left us to handle our luggage and toddler without assistance. However, the rest of the staff we met was exceptional! Walking distance to Coconut Grove area, shopping, grocery, and marina. We would probably stay here again because the room set up was perfect for traveling with children. Just make sure to safety lock the windows if you have small kids.

Excellent stay. Needed a get away with my significant other and it felt like home away from home. Really thinking of purchasing a condo at The Mutiny to have it year round :-)

I was there on business with my wife. Very spacious. Really a condo with kitchen, bath, living room and separate bedroom. Needs some update in the bathroom and fitness center. Great location. I will go back.

Beaten up room. Looks nice, but when you get into details ... . Expensive hotel, but disappointing front desk staff. No accommodation for our needs and requests.

I was not pleased by staff services: 1) I had a problem with safety box. I made 4 calls and waited almost 30 minutes for some one to come up. 2) I changed room and forgot the Black Berry charge in the old room. I called front desk and they found it, but I had to make 3 calls to remind them to bring it to me. 3) After checking out, the door men didn't help us to load the laggages on to taxi as they stood there chatting.
