“Be ready for surprises”

Toilet seat had urine splattered all over. Tissue box was stuffed with tissues that were previously pulled out of the box. What hotel has soap and shampoo dispensers on the wall? regardless they were both Empty! I only found that out in the middle of showering. A clean bathroom with some soap and shampoo are the bare basics that you'd expect. Went to close shower door and the entire glass door fell off track. Continental breakfast? yeah right; freezer burned bagels and flavorless coffee.

“serious noise due to the elevator”

I stay there for one night just 2 days ago. I book a partly ocean view one king bed room 1) the front desk is really low efficiency, they seem to be so kind to keep talking Spaish to whom also speak Spaish, and will make you wait long time to reach your term. 2) parking is not free, it cost $17 plus tax one night, pls don't be puzzled by the free valet parking. 3) the room is close to the elevator, so it's so so so so so noise!

“Servicable older hotel”

I was in Miami for only one night and was looking to save a few dollars. so rather than staying at a more expensive hotel down the beach I tried the New Casablanca. The room and hotel were definitely older, and fixed to be almost a studio apartment. There was a refrigerator, microwave, plates etc as well as a walk in closet. Everything was clean enough, but clearly old and repainted many times. The beds were very soft, (if you like that). The pool seemed well maintained and the grounds were kept up. It's not a place i would make a destination, but it can work.

“Location, location, location..”

Great location right by the beach. Very convienient for those who like spending time at the beach and be able to go right back into their room or to eat at the hotel's restaurant. Having a kitchen I was abile to keep my drinks cold. Great for the price, though an ocean view would make it even better.

Getting there

A Super Shuttle from Miami International airport was $22.00 each way, much less then a Taxi would. The shuttle leaves from a ground floor. Make sure to not take a train to another building that holds all the car rental companies(as I mistakenly did) but go to the groud floor of the main airport where Super Shuttle has little kiosks, right outside.

“Very good for a reasonable price!”

I recommend the hotel. The service was very good, valet parking, towels for the beach, everybody very nice people. Perfect access to the beach, beautiful and clean swimming pool, all the necesary to have a good time.

“Very nice hotel”

I´m very satisfied with hotel location just beside the beach , cleanliness of the room and customer service . The room is not high quality but it´s ok to me.

“Don't Bother”

The ONLY reason that I would not recommend this hotel is because of the quality of the service. We called the front desk 3 times within about an hour, just trying to get extra towels and pillows so that my family and I could take showers and go to bed. Each time we were told that they would be bringing them up to the room. Finally, my husband had to take the elevator down 7 floors and get our supplies hisself. We never even received an apology for the the inconvenience or an excuse as to what the hold up was. An apology goes a long way. I can live with the fact that the hotel needed some renovation. There was black mold above the bathroom door and a few cracked tiles, but other than this it was clean and in a fair location for the price. But the staff needs to work on their people skills.
