This was our 2nd stay at The Palms. We have stayed 2/23 & 4/24. It was even better this 2nd time. The staff is friendly and attentive. We especially loved Vanessa & Anna in the dining area as well as the woman in the towel dispensing area. The staff on the beach were excellent as well.

Beautifully landscaped. The hotel calms you down instantly with its vibe. People do take drinks into the pool and eat by it too, so sometimes you will find the odd bread piece floating in the pool- it's on the people who visit, not the hotel staff. The hotel's staff are quite helpful and work to make people feel relaxed. Pros are its ambience, overall cleanliness and greenery. Two big cons- our safe was broken from day one and was never fixed or replaced, nor were we offered a different room despite my repeated complaints. The second issue was that the hotel does not offer tea bags and hot water for tea. I had to pay for teabags to be sent up. Coffee is lovely, but a calming tea would be nice as well. The beach is lovely, staff pleasant, and the ground staff extremely hard working- I think the hotel owes it to these workers- the ones at the beach, the ones serving drinks, the valets, and the ones cleaning- they were wonderful and made the stay very relaxing largely. I cannot say the same for the front desk, and the concierge because I didn't interact a lot and when I did my complaints were brushed off with smiles- when people pay a lot they expect services they pay for. But all other staff were fantastic!

The room condition is great and breakfast is also very nice, simple but tasty. The direct beach access was also very good for kids playing and swimming. The frontdesk lady was not very kind but other people were very nice. Overall expensive but worth staying.

By far the best features of the hotel is the outdoor areas. They were beautiful and well landscaped. The bar and outdoor lounge were great. The room was clean and was a decent size. Shower room is a little tight but I liked the toilet had a separated room. For a family of 4 a double bed is on the small size for 2 adults so we will book a king bed next year. Overall the hotel was great and will stay again. Thank you

Overall pretty good. I recommend taking the stairs, we got stuck on the elevator and talked to several others with the same issue… good luck speaking with a manager. I tried for 3 days to get in contact with one. You will just be on hold for 30 minutes then get disconnected.

Loved our stay! Beach was beautiful and right across from hotel. We used the pool also. Towels were available and lounge chairs were available at both. Took an early morning walk down the boardwalk, it was beautiful. A mall, Starbucks, restaurants clubs, all within walking distance. Service was great, hotel was clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again!

Elevator was a huge problem. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and the amenities. Restaurant and cafes had good food options and were very good. Last day saw a cockroach in the room.
