Beautifully landscaped. The hotel calms you down instantly with its vibe. People do take drinks into the pool and eat by it too, so sometimes you will find the odd bread piece floating in the pool- it's on the people who visit, not the hotel staff. The hotel's staff are quite helpful and work to make people feel relaxed. Pros are its ambience, overall cleanliness and greenery.
Two big cons- our safe was broken from day one and was never fixed or replaced, nor were we offered a different room despite my repeated complaints.
The second issue was that the hotel does not offer tea bags and hot water for tea. I had to pay for teabags to be sent up. Coffee is lovely, but a calming tea would be nice as well.
The beach is lovely, staff pleasant, and the ground staff extremely hard working- I think the hotel owes it to these workers- the ones at the beach, the ones serving drinks, the valets, and the ones cleaning- they were wonderful and made the stay very relaxing largely. I cannot say the same for the front desk, and the concierge because I didn't interact a lot and when I did my complaints were brushed off with smiles- when people pay a lot they expect services they pay for. But all other staff were fantastic!
