I stayed there over last weekends, I booked it about 2 month in advance, to treat my mom for mother's day. I booked a premium 1 king size bed with ocean view. When i got there - they said they didn't have anymore king size ocean view, so they gave me king size partial ocean view. Which i never complained about, or said anything about. Room was clean, quite, on 5th floor. Parking is $40 per day. which is normal for Miami. Anyways, i checked out almost a day earlier (never asked for return or anything), I paid all the "resort fees" and taxes, and 1 day parking, but now Im being charged amounts i never sighed for. I tried talking to front desk clerk - she can't say anything and keeps giving me a wrong e-mail of a person i should talked to. So, basically, I never got what i originally booked and paid for, never complained about it, and now paying for something extra. I cant even get someone to help me with a problem.

Hotel de charne pé na areia. Restaurante excelente. Localização perfeita. Quarto poderia ser maior, mas outras qualidades compensam.

Cons: needs update (halls and carpet)
Location: right on the strip - walking distance for almost anything
weather was gorgeous met lots of people eveyrthing was right there at your finger tips what you wanted you got it

Location: Emplacement idéal sur océan drive
Excellent hotel très dépouillé et distingué, adapté aux familles car calme ( pas de techno a fond les manettes au bord de la très belle piscine). Dommage que les privatisations du soir empiètent sur l'espace piscine et que l.on vous vire dès 18 h.

Wonderful Hotel

Pros: It felt like a throwback to a different era.
Location: Very well located in south beach, near the lincoln mall and on the beach.
It was a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is incredibly charming. The pool was absolutely incredible.

The pool and restaurant area is the only positive thing I can rate good. The restaurant is excellent, but not the service. Bar staff is not the best you expect from a hotel this scale. Drinks are very mediocre. rooms are very uncomfortable, but clean. Beach service is way too bad. this place has a big trouble with the lack of qualified personnel.
